We left our bags here on two different occasions during our trip, before and after a train ride. Both gentlemen that helped us were very polite and we felt safe leaving our things there. The price was very reasonable and booking process was easy.

Very convenient to Pikes Farmer's Market. Only problem is that you have to carry luggage down and back up stairs.

Was mislead to think that our bags would be secured with some type of locker. Instead, it was just placed behind a counter of a smoke shop (NOT at Public Market), easily accessible with potential thieves. Also, warning that you have to carry your bags down a flight for stairs. We ended getting our bags back safely, but would hesitate on using the service again.

Staff was helpful. If you need to store your bags for the day, this is the place. It is a bit hard to find but its there. They let you know when the store is closing so you have time to pick up your bags.

We made a reservation and paid at the Seattle location. When our flight was cancelled we reached out to Bagsaway to cancel our reservation. Several phone calls, messages and emails went unanswered. Now I see they are no longer open for business yet they still took my money.

I used this service in Vancouver in September - over 3 months ago as I write this review. When I arrived at the bike store to drop off my backpack, they said they were closing in a couple of hours because of the rain. Weird, and not Bagsaway’s fault, but it meant that half the day I’d paid for was now unavailable for storage. I emailed Bagsaway afterwards who agreed to credit a half-refund… and then weeks pass by without the refund. I email again, they apologize and say it will happen. Months pass by… nothing.

The store owner was very friendly and kind. It was so wonderful to be able to leave our bags while we spent the day exploring Pike Place Market. It was convenient and secure. This is a great service! Thank you.

I was a little worried at first given the small number of reviews available here, but my experience has been mostly good. BagsAway partners with various stores (in my case, a convenience store downtown Vancouver). It's definitely convenient: I was able to drop off my luggage and then pick it up at convenient times for me. That said, I wouldn't do it if I had valuable items in my luggage: despite what the website says, there is no security seal put on the luggage. I have seen a similar comment on the matter elsewhere and I'm not all that surprised. Honestly, it's no big deal if you don't have valuables, but I would suggest clarifying that point on the website for the sake of transparency. Thanks!

Unfriendly especially to women. I should cancel my reservation and so on. Plus shorter opening hours than what I booked. And blaming me for that. Never again. Super unprofessional.

This place was a lifesaver for us when we arrived from a cruise and found that the cruise port bag check service was closed. Didn't have a reservation - we were a walk in. Charged $7 per bag for the entire day. It's located in a small smoke shop.

The address listed is not correct. Walked almost a mile to the incorrect listed address with my 87 year old grandmother who has a poor knee and a toddler. I called 3 different times and was told that I need to go online and reserve. However, I was having problems loving in with my iPhone. Finally, after the 3rd call I was informed of the login issues and finally they would disclose the correct address which was located in a smoke store (bags stored behind counter) about 10-15 min away. Was charged $18 for 3 bags for 2 hours. Only good thing I have to say was man at the smoke shack was very kind.
