Had my car battery replaced. The 5-star rating is for Miguel, who single-handedly replaced the battery. It was a walk-in service, and the battery was replaced within 15-20 minutes.

Supposed to open at 8 am on Sunday. It's 8:20 and employee just got here. It's now 8:30 and employee still hasn't unlocked the door.

Not even by far… THIS is the WORST autozone in Washington state. Called in just to get an alternator and was rushed and pushed off the phone with little to no help AT all. The lady who answered just didn’t care, did not want to help and was just flat out rude… I’m sure if you looked up Rude and unworthy of any job, you’d find her name there. Why even work there let alone in customer service. She’s lucky I was in a rush and didn’t have the time to give back the same damn energy…. I would’ve pulled up too. Don’t even waste your time giving me the stupid comment of you’re sorry and are disappointed about the transaction that happened and to reach back out to autozone customer support so you can “make things right” because I’m done with autozone as a whole and will never touch it again with a 10ft pole. You can blame the store, the staff there, the management at the store and the upper management that does the planning, hiring and training there because it always starts at the top.
Never had such rude service like that in my life.
Don’t EVER waste your time going here for anything, there’s no point.
I’d give a Negative Zero stars review if I could.

The pretentious gent with the durag behind the counter was quite rude. Not so helpful and pushy when he did not get the responses he expected i guess. I'll have to go to a different location. AutoZone as always taken care of me. But i wont go to the location again.

This AutoZone has the worst hospitality. We came in around 5 PM on New Years Eve looking for help with replacing our car battery and we were refused surface by staff on site because they were closing early. Mind you, Autozone does not close until 8 PM and there was no advertising stating that they were supposed to close early on this day. Not only was the staff rude to my partner but they made him feel completely uncomfortable for even asking for help. Fortunately we were able to get help from another Autozone in Renton, who informed us that corporate direction was to NOT close early on New Years Eve.

I've been going to Auto Zone for almost two decades and this is by far the worst store I've ever been to. Honestly the only bad Auto Zone I've been to. Go farther south on Rainier to their other location and they will tell you it's known as a bad location.
