I took my girlfriend's car for a new battery. The battery was stocked incorrectly, and it blew a fuse when it was put. I had to take it to a mechanic and accrued $529. It has been over 1.5 months, and there has not been any communication from the Regional or Store Manager. I was told a check was mailed out on March 19, but no check has been recieved.

I came here to get a new battery installed. I was extremely impressed with Fernando's customer service. He was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. In the midst of him helping me with my battery, he also took time out to help other employees and customers. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Good Job and Salute to you Fernando!

Bf is/was supposed to be a new hire, has taken 4 days to send one email, and 50 minutes to answer a phone about said email- just for them to hang up. This is the 3rd time he's called too, and each time it's been 20 minutes or more just waiting for someone to answer the phone
