I left my car feeling absolutely violated after the incident and came back to my car THOROUGHLY cleaned. The receptionist, I believe her name was Joyce was amazing. She was super sweet and welcoming. You come in to schedule an appointment as you cannot leave your car overnight. I had the internal and external servicing done, I took my car in at 10AM and my car was ready for pickup by 2PM. “I'd been meaning to find a neighborhood repair shop for my Nissan Murano, but of course put it off until I needed a battery/alternator health check following a roadside jump start. Low and behold, A&E was 0.5 miles from my house AND across the street from the fabulous Highland Park Corner Store (if you need a fun place to wait). It's ratings are good, but my experience was outstanding. My impression is that this is a a great little shop with a great ethic-and I will be using their services again.”

I love the work he did on my overalls and so happy that they fit me perfectly now! I will definitely go back to him if I am ever in need of getting something tailored. “I am a person who takes great care in maintaining my car. I used to wax it myself 3 times a year, and was always pleased with the results. One day I decided to give Mr. Detail a try for a standard wash and wax, and after that figured maybe I should leave most of the detailing to a professional. Last year I decided to upgrade to a polish and wax service and was amazed at the noticeable difference. My car always looked great according to my neighbors, but the polishing made it look like a car still on the dealer's showroom floor. I now wax my car once a year and Mr. Detail does it twice.Mr. Detail Ballard has great service. There is no hard sell. I go in, we talk about my objectives, the manager looks at my car, and we talk about the best option for me. From this point on, it'll be the polishing service.”

I chose to give this dealership a try because of the diminishing service quality at another AUDI dealership. This was a result of some service representatives' inadequate follow-up.
On July 8th, 2024, Derek Mckay, a service representative at this dealership, went above and beyond to resolve an overheating issue with my AUDI A3, which caused the engine to shut down after only 10 minutes. Derek promptly organized a team of technicians to diagnose the problem and provided me with a clear estimate of the repair costs and duration. Furthermore, he ensured that any necessary recall repairs were completed at no extra cost to me.
Lesson learned, if you're not satisfied with the service at an Audi dealership, consider requesting a different representative or exploring other Audi dealerships to ensure you receive the service you deserve.”
