Generally, going to either an AT&T store (or Apple Store) is one of the most unpleasant experiences possible. Today, I went to the Interbay store to upgrade to a new iPhone. It was certainly the best experience I've had at either an AT&T or Apple Store. Received excellent customer service from Daniel and Manny. Friendly, professional and knowledgable. I can't even remember a time when I completed a new phone upgrade in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

I traded in an iPhone XS last month at this location and was told that I qualified for the $350 trade in credit. I had been told the same thing the month prior when I purchased my new phone. The credit showed up on my account this month but was only $90. I called AT&T and also went back to the store and now I'm being told I need to upgrade my plan (which I don't want or need) in order to qualify for the full $350 in trade in credit. This was not mentioned at any point during the trade in process. The manager Brandon tried to convince me I'd actually be saving money in the long run by increasing my monthly service fee more than my installment fee would decrease. He also admitted that I had been given misinformation from two employees (including the previous manager) but claimed he couldn't give me the remaining credit I am owed. I'm switching carriers now. Been with AT&T for 20 years.

Showed up on Saturday at 2:30pm and the door was locked. The store’s hours were clearly posted online and on the store’s door as 11am to 6pm. There was no sign on the door that said “out to lunch” or “back at 3pm”. I knocked and called, no answer. So I took my business next door to Verizon.

On Friday, September 15, I went to your store as I was in the process of switching to an AT&T family account from another carrier. I received a new SIM card and needed help to complete the switch and activate my AT&T service. Elijah spent 1 1/2 hours helping me complete this process. At the same time I ordered a new iPhone. That phone was delivered to me on Monday. I had difficulty getting the data from my old phone to transfer to the new phone. So I returned to the store where I was once again assisted by Elijah. This time he spent 2 hours assisting and was able to resolve the issues. During both visits Elijah was very courteous, helpful, and professional! I really am thankful he was able to help me. He couldn't have been better!

Employee completely misinformed us saying two lines was the price of one. He said a $10 off fee would be applied to each month for automatic payments, but that was already calculated into the fee he told us. We spent two hours in the store waiting for our accounts to be set up and found our billing statement to be completely different than what we were told. We also had an activation fee for a line that we never used and that was cancelled in the store. Called AT&T customer service and they said the employee was misinformed and that we should check the website (as opposed to an in-store employee) for accurate information. They waived a number of fees due to this employee’s mistakes, but regardless we didn’t have accurate information to determine if we should even use their plan over another provider.

Stop here before you even consider calling AT&T. I called AT&T to add a device but all they did was create a new number and then they got that number suspended and couldn’t fix it. In store Elijah saved the day. He helped me to fix the issue caused by customer support and added my new device.

WOW- Elijah is the absolute best. This is my very first review I have written EVER and it's because Elijah exceeded my expectations and then some. SO knowledgeable, so personable, so patient. The store was busy and he was alone- but everyone felt seen and important. I cannot say enough great things about Elijah. A+++

The service is the best we had at AT&T! I got my eSim set up for free with Elijah’s help. And he is super helpful to get us upgraded our phones to a newer iPhone with all the data transferred. Super!!!

Amazing customer service from Elijah. He made us feel super welcome and helped us get two new brand new phones, three Apple Watches and a direct Tv stream box at a good price. Definitely going back to him every time.

Charged me for a phone protection plan and phone replacement plan without ever asking me... Just added it to my bill without my consent and now I have to call support and get it refunded/cancelled. Amazing...
