Such a great community theater! I saw "Matt & Ben," and was so impressed with the playful staging and killer performances. Went back for "Clyde's" and had an equally amazing time. I love that they showcase more offbeat and contemporary shows here.

Not theater related but the staff helped me immeasurably. I biked to the Junction to catch a bus downtown for an important appointment. But I’d forgotten my bike lock key. Where to store my bike?! The staff let me put in the back lobby. Above and beyond the call—what great neighbors to bail me out in a tough spot.

I had so much fun checking out a play here at ArtsWest and it reminded me how much we need the arts! I wanted to specifically see the Matt and Ben show and saw on a poster that it was being performed at ArtsWest, a venue I had never been to before. But what a treasure this was! Located in the Junction neighborhood in West Seattle, it's on the main drag where many of the businesses are, so street parking is your jam here. We came to see a show here on a Sunday afternoon and were told that when we came 15 minutes early, we could hang out or just show up right when the show is to start. It's nice to know that you don't have to be here early like at most places. It's not a huge space for performing arts, as it's on the smaller size. But that really just adds to its charm. I imagine that many people who visit here are frequent flyers, making this place much more of a gem. They do have a refreshments area right when you enter the building, where they serve alcohol, snacks and coffee and tea. The play was a lot of fun, lots of laughs from the crowd and even the actors, and since it's an intimate space, even if you sit furthest away from the stage, you'll easily be able to see the performance. I'd recommend getting tickets ahead of time for a show. When we came, every seat was taken. For the play we saw on a Sunday afternoon, in the front row in the center section, it was about $45, which you can purchase online. I'd be interested to see what future shows they have here as I'm so glad to have discovered this treasured community space.

We saw Matt & Ben and the performance was stellar! In this 2 actor show, they had such a great rapport with each other, it was obvious they were enjoying themselves. I was talking and telling others about the show for days. The set was fun and it felt like the perfect size venue for this show.

Had a phenomenal evening attending a production of “Matt & Ben” last week! We are so lucky to have such a consistently wonderful theater in West Seattle!

A wonderful community theater. West Seattle and nearby areas are incredibly fortunate to have ArtsWest. Go see a play. Perhaps 2. Perhaps 3. Or subscribe for the season. Please enjoy some drama (as if we haven’t enough in our lives…:-). You’ll laugh. You’ll cry. You’ll enjoy the immersive experience. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor… Build a memory. 5 Stars!

We drove from Edmonds with a couple of friends to see Matt and Ben at ArtsWest-- and it was a worthwhile journey. I have never been to any of their productions before, but this was an absolute gem. The theater is intimate and even though we were in the top row left, we never missed any of the action on stage. The choice of plays was excellent as this Mindy Kaling script was as funny as you would expect from her. The actors did an outstanding job of bringing it to life. I'm looking forward to returning for a couple of offerings later this season. A great find.

Good physical venue, but just saw "Endless Shift", about five health care pros during the Pandemic. Play was weak on the facts, very weak on the emotions, plus a couple of offhand regional slanders. Should have skipped it, but topic is hot, and other troupes will handle it well.

Had the good sense to head hunt my friend for their Q Bros Xmas Carol show. Hilarity ensued. Wise choice ArtsWest. Really phenomenal show.

Been to many shows here and participated in summer theater camp when I was a kid. Masks are a requirement on and off.
