Caitlin, the leasing manager at Arthouse apartments, has been awesome at managing the property. She's been super helpful in addressing any apartment issues and overall, Arthouse is a great place to live if you want to be in Belltown and close to the water. Highly recommend!

Thrive is made the stay here in Arthouse horrible. From trash management to addressing house management issues, they are doing a horrible job. The parking lots are stinking and they have spread trash everywhere.

I submitted my request Friday morning. By afternoon the issues were both fixed. The service tech is respectful and friendly.

2+ pages of work orders put in since moving in in May, The dryer has not been fixed and is now setting my belongings on fire. The microwave and bedroom door handle have fallen off countless times each. The washer has a smell that even the strongest chemicals cant fix. I have spent so much money on laundry mats and replacing damaged items. The vents in the bathroom and laundry cubby didn’t work. The elevator doesn’t work. They still haven’t put my name in the call box. The only person that actually made something happen for me was a temp that worked there one day :/ he let me use another apartments washer and dryer thankfully. We are being over charged on the electricity bill. I’ve heard of multiple people having the same issues that I do. Some get fixed others take just as long as my fixes have. Idk if I’m being too nice or? Trash is always overflowing on our floor. There’s a swarm of flies at the side door from the dog feces not being picked up. The view i have though is beautiful and it gets me through the stress of everything else. Plus the staff is so sweet, don’t get me wrong, but sweet isn’t fixing the issues or un-draining my bank account. This place would be amazing if it just worked.

The elevators are constantly broken, and usually only one of the 2 is working. Every other week, it seems like they will break for at least one day. The trash stinks up the second floor. The gym doesn't have a squat machine. And it's intercom system is extremely outdated and doesn't allow delivery guys to come up. This, each time you order food or have a guest, you have to go downstairs and take them up. This kind of intercom systems are not found in other luxury apartments like Dorian or Dimension. Thus, the management seems lazy and unresponsive - I really don't understand why they don't just update their systems (intercom, elevators). Will never recommend anyone to live here

Used to be much better with Blanton Turner before Thrive takeover. Maintenance requests go unattented for much longer with Thrive.This is how I've had to resort to running my dishwasher cause it won't stop leaking and they won't come fix it.Other issues, in 2023 after takeover there have been multiple instances when elevator was out of commission for daysMain door broken

I moved into ArtHouse about 3 weeks ago and have enjoyed the experience. Had an issue with the portable air conditioner that Chase and Omar quickly helped me figure out was user error (the port wasn't connected properly). Anyway, so far so good, apartment is nice, the roof deck is outstanding, washing machines are in unit and modern. Pretty happy to be here so far.

I'm a local. Got my appointment confirmation to tour on friday. Got another one the next day from the manager's email and when I reach there walking all the way, I find the leasing office closed and property manager Lily Holiday is not reachable. Lily Holiday emailed me back after 1 hour and I was already on my way back by then. I would like to point out their miscommunication, lack of reachability and disregard to my time and effort.

Just run away, read all the reviews how they charge extra every month which is illegal.Run as fast as you can there are many better properties around this area rather than Arthouse.

Had to live here for 3 years. Onion-like smell comes out of the air ducts and maintenance couldn't fix it after countless tries. Walls and ceilings are thin so you can hear your neighbors all the time.And for the cherry on top, their financial department didn't record my security deposit correctly :/ so now that I moved out it's missing $900 and all they said was "We are sorry and truly wish that we could help you more". Leasing contract does have the right amount, so there is no way for me to know they made a mistake on their system.Also if your unit faces Elliott Ave, there is a basketball court in front of it that people like to use at midnight for some reason and they wont let you sleep.

I just signed the lease here. Lily was so nice and responsive. Under this new management ( Blanton Turner) I must say they did a good job on services!
