I love Armoire! I’m especially so impressed by and grateful for their amazing customer service. No bots, just real people who are ready to help in ways that actually make a difference.I’m a huge advocate for clothing rental. My body has been in constant flux since getting pregnant and having a kid, and I don’t know how I’d dress for all the change without rental. I’ve also been able to wear WAY nicer clothes than I ever did previously.I’ve used Armoire for close to a year and it has been a great experience!

I've been really pleased with Armoire. I've gotten great quality clothes and when I've had minor issues (usually with the app interface) customer service has resolved things and been great to work with. I think this is a good option for staying fresh with trends without contributing to landfills for things you no longer want.

I have been able to rent some really fantastic pieces to wear for special occasions, happy hours, work, and casual outings. The monthly membership costs less than it does to purchase one item and you get to keep changing it up! I can get bold and adventurous, and try before I buy! More than the clothes though, is Armoire's customer service. This is huge for me and I would not stick with a company with poor service. They answer my questions quickly and kindly.

The concept of the service is great. I love having a “closet” full of stuff I mostly like to choose from. The customer service is great as well. If I have an issue or a question, it is always answered in a timely fashion.The execution of the idea isn’t as good. I joined because they advertise a range of sizes. I am very petite and nothing in my closet is ever a petite size even though they carry brands that have petite sizes (Biden, Vince Camino among them). Also, just because it’s in your closet doesn’t mean you can rent it. I will have my eye on a certain piece for weeks, only to find on swap day it’s not available in my size. The return process is tricky too. You have to make sure you review each piece and say you want to swap it or else they will assume you are keeping it longer and you will have fewer items in your next case even if you sent the item back.I will continue to use the service for now because I like the constant availability of fresh clothes with less impact on the planet, but I feel I need to make sure people know the cons along with the pros.

I sent back my final package over a month ago asking to cancel this service as I was having trouble keeping up and I didn't like how the clothing fit me. I see that in their tracking section on their website a package is marked in transit but not marked as received by their processing system. It shows sent in May. They are now stating they will charge me the cost of all items of the clothing ($500+) even though I sent them back. I have receipts showing I sent the items back. I should not have to pay for used clothing I did not keep and did not like. I read their rules and they state they will take you to collections if you do not pay. I would be cautious about using this service. I previously tried LeTote and a package was stolen out of a mailbox. They covered it through their insurance and I did not have to receive threats about paying for their items. This was without proof of mailing it back since I'd placed it in a blue mailbox bin. With Armoire I have proof that I sent the package and they are saying they will charge me for the items that have not been received.

I love Armoire! I have used other similar services and never liked the quality of the clothes but these are REALLY nice! There are lots of photos on the website, including real customers and it's really easy to send them back at the local post office!

A friend recommended this service as she is a long time member. The options are great and I'm having fun getting new items to try each month. Lily Pulitzer is my new favorite designer. The service is great with responsive emails and kind people. Free shipping and returns are the best. Highly recommend.

I’m on month three of my rental subscription, and have been very happy so far! All of the clothes have arrived clean, and in good shape. Although there is not a huge selection of summer maternity clothes in my size, I have still been happy with my selection of seven items in each case. I recommend Armoire if you’re looking for office-friendly maternity clothes.

I have been renting my closet from Armoire for a while and can't say enough great things about it! Super easy. Everything is beautiful and the choices are plentiful. You have your own stylist! It's fun to have new things to wear practically every day and no one sees you in the same thing twice.

I am new to clothing rentals and Armoire but decided to give it a try as this summer is full of showers, weddings, graduations and other events! The styles are constantly rotating with great quality clothes with easy returns. I always get compliments on the items. The customer service staff is phenomenal!

I'm hooked! Was skeptical at first but this service as been fantastic. I'm a busy working professional and have a need for professional attire several times a week but was tired of spends hundreds on subscriptions for clothes I didn't love and was sick of wearing after a few months. This allows me to try so many new styles and keep what I want. The customer service and support is incredible. I look forward to picking my new pieces every month.

I am very glad I found Armoire. I have been a clothing subscription box “addict” for a very long time and just realize I really don’t want to keep most and I realize I hate to own so much fast fashion stuff. Rental concept was introduced from RTR but I never tried bc of the pricing but Armoire is with more day to day stuff along with fancy outfits. I’m petite, 4 11 and most of the stuff I rental so far fits well along a bit long. I loved the customer service and they address my questions and issues quickly.

I’ve been with Armoire for a year. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience. I started using it for everyday looks after having a baby and returning to the office one a day a week. I really liked being able to rent a variety sizes during my postpartum weight loss journey and have tried brands/items I wouldn’t have normally picked. The rental quality does vary and some items are kept in circulation past their prime but it’s all part of the experience. If you want certain items you do have to strategically plan your case fills.

I love using Armoire as a way to try out new styles without having to purchase them. When I find things I like, I am given the opportunity to purchase them at a discount (which I have done!). the customer service is top notch and the selection process and mail process is so streamlined.

Absolutely LOVE having a membership with Armoire. There is a great selection, and the clothes are always clean and in great condition. I wanted to find a way to try new styles and colors - without the commitment. I’m having so much fun trying new things!
