“I got here a couple of weeks back. Great place and location. Had raised an emergency request for plumbing, Norma immediately came and resolved the issue! Great work done by her and super fast”

“I highly recommend Haller Post as a future apartment. Special thanks to Ann for the excellent tour—she was incredibly patient and supportive. If it weren't for the distance from my workplace, I would definitely choose to live here and will consider it in the future.”

“Lived at Dunn for a few years and overall I was very happy there!
Pros:
-Leasing and maintenance staff are friendly, competent, and responsive. This isn't one of those places where it feels like you have to chase someone down.
-Apartment interiors feel modern and well maintained.
-Location is great - quick access to north and south I5, tons of walkable food, right at the juncture of cap hill/first hill/downtown. It's easy to get in and out now that there are 4-way stops at nearby intersections.
-Residents are generally super friendly and conscientious. You'll meet lots of smiling faces and cute dogs in the elevators and lobby.
-No noise issues (beyond what's inevitable when living in a busy urban area). I lived on an upper floor and the interior (east) side of the building, so take this with a grain of salt.
-Staff at the school across the street are clearly conscious of being good neighbors, entrance to the apartment can get busy during school pickup/dropoff hours but everyone is quick to make room once it's clear you're trying to reach the garage.

Cons:
-Heat control can be a bit of an issue, although that's common to a lot of places in Seattle. Design of the urban 1br and studio apartments doesn't allow for much air circulation, so the amount you can cool down overnight is limited.
-Relatedly - and not so much a con as something to be aware of - there is not AC. There's a port in the wall where you can install your own portable unit, and the apartment also rents units during summer. When I found the apartment it was marked as "has AC" on several rental sites and I was a little miffed when I arrived for the tour. This was several years and leasing agents ago, I don't know if it's still marked that way.
-There's a plant nursery on the ground floor of the east side of the building which can give off a pretty earthy smell (especially after it rains). Might be a pro for some.
-Windows in my apartment didn't have screens, I had to install my own with a kit.”

“I want to give a shot out to the maintenance team here at the Leilani. They are friendly, helpful, and are quick to respond to maintenance requests. Special thanks to Khosoo for one day support on oven issues. :)”

“I live full time in Florida, however, I visit my daughter in Seattle frequently and stay here at Sentral. My compliments to management for their hiring a professional and efficient staff. I have discovered Sentral’s employees are friendly, courteous, and do a darn good job.
The cleaning staff are always keeping the facility neat and clean. Maintenance staff has always responded quickly when needed and strives to make things right.
Management staff is courteous, kind, considerate and their response to occasional issues and questions is top notch.
I have come to know Sales mngr. Jennifer Maggs through occasional day to day Sentral related suggestions, questions, and issues. Jennifer has always responded without delay. Her management style is exemplary and she definitely portrays the right stuff as an asset to the Sentral management team.”

“Looked at a two bedroom (shown by Bridgett) and I enjoyed everything about The Broadway Building! I'm beyond excited to someday call this place "home".”

“During the past two wet winters, our roof started to grow a lot of moss, even more where our trees shade the roof. I tried removing the moss from my roof on my own three years ago, but it took me about 3 days to remove the moss from the whole roof, and I was pretty nervous about cleaning around the roof edges. I did not want to clean the roof on my own again, so I figured we would hire pros. I searched for roof cleaners on Google maps, and came across the highly rated 3 Guys on a Roof. I reached out to this company via their website. They gave me what I thought was a reasonable quote, and they scheduled us about 1.5 weeks out. Two guys came out yesterday. Both were very friendly, and in about two hours, they removed all the moss (I cannot see any remnants!) and other debris, and they added a moss treatment that will slow moss growth in the future. They also cleaned out our gutters. Our roof now looks brand new. They also cleaned up the moss that fell on our driveway and paths. Overall, they provided super professional and friendly service, I am 100% satisfied with the service they provided, and I will definitely be a repeat customer if needed in the future. I strongly recommend 3 Guys on a Roof for roof cleaning!Services: Gutter cleaning”

“I was searching all over the place for the perfect unit to lease. Thankfully I reached this company and I want to say how thankful I am with Elizabeth, the community manager, as she was so kind, chill, and overall courteous. Makes me want to already move in!”

“Moving here from New York came with nerves but the staff at this place makes me feel welcomed and my neighbors are great! Fantastic amenities and can't forget to mention the views.”

“I lived at Skye Belltown for a year and I really enjoyed my studio. I thought the price was fair for the amenities + apartment features. My studio had a great view. Staff was always responsive, packages were safe, and maintenance got back to me in a timely manner -- with easy communication through the app. My only con is the parking garage was stressful at times. It is public on the weekdays. The spots are REALLY close to each other. Very common for cars to get scratches on them. Also, I would get ticketed a few times since their tag is made out of paper and would fall off the dashboard occasionally. Other competitive parking garages for apartments pay about the same, yet you get way more. This con did not overshadow my overall experience. I highly recommend if you want a reliable, affordable place you can trust.”

“I have now lived here for over 2 years and am getting ready to sign another lease. My experience as a tenant leasing here was great with the original company who managed the property. When Cushman and Wakefield took over, they even went above and beyond what the previous company did. Some of the detail that goes into their management of this building includes clear and timely communication about building issues and events. They are incredibly proactive. Here are some examples of the attention to detail to keep this 30+ year old complex in top condition. In the last few months, they have completed painted, pressure-washed and restripped the garage floors. They repainted the trim on the exteriors of all three buildings, as well as the interior common areas. The corridor carpeting is kept shampooed and vacuumed. Last week a professional company came in and did grout cleaning in the elevators and elevator landings. Whenever I have needed maintenance for a minor household repair, they react immediately and make sure that the repairs are done correctly the first time.Since I am in the building management business for another company, I know what they go through to maintain and enhance my rental experience and I am continually impressed. On top of all of this the office staff and management is very friendly, approachable and seem to really care about the complex and their residents. Mahdi, Ryan, Ni and Umarr are the best of the best. Also and just as important is the market-competitive rental structure. Yes the building is over 30 years old and I actually first lived here in 1999 for a year. When I moved back to Seattle in 2021, I was very pleased and surprised that the place was as nice as it was. The location has always been the best, being 4 blocks from Puget Sound and a few blocks from the Space Needle. The area of Belltown is the best and safest part of the city based on my experience. Therefore, I intend to stay as long as my experience is so positive or until I hit the lottery and buy a place in Seattle...LOL”

“Very friendly staff and great maintenance. Friends are living here since 2 years without any issue. You have 2 to 3 food junctions near by and very safe locality.Callbox doesn’t work that is the only issue i see.”

“The building is terrific to live in, just off of Capitol Hill, so it's quiet, yet close to fun amenities. Rent increases are modest, and they want to keep good relationships with their tenants. The building manager and leasing office staff are kind, caring, and responsive. I've been here two years and plan to stay.”

“Living at Rollin Street Flats is amazing! Spacious apartments, lots of pet areas around the building, and AC for those hot summer days. Would highly recommend this apartment.”

“Like a lot of the other reviews have stated, this has been the best apartment building I have lived in. All of the staff are very friendly and they have very good security. The building is right in between SLU and downtown. The gym is one of the better gyms I have used in an apartment and the other amenities are very spacious and well maintained. So many great perks about living here like being located next to so many good restaurants including current bistro. My family and friends all loved this apartment building as well.”

“I have been here for almost 4 years, and it is so amazing to finally have someone like Jenna working in the office. She is helpful, communicative, and friendly. We sincerely appreciate all of the help she has afforded us throughout her time at Arabelle.”

“East Union is a great place to live; the leasing manager, Sashel, is incredible! She has helped so much and walked with me every step of the way when I applied for the MFTE program. This is a quiet building, very clean in the common spaces, and dog-friendly! I have been here since October this year and couldn't be happier. To top it off, it's above PCC, which is a plus!”

“Wonderful place to live! I don’t care for amenities, just wanted a spacious, clean and safe unit and it is just that. Never had issues with packages getting stolen because the complex uses parcel lockers (parcel pending). Management has followed up quickly with every single bit of feedback and maintenance has been great! I noticed the hallways and lobby are cleaned a few times a week. Only thing is that the apartment is located in a busy area so it is noisy because of all the buses and trains, but hey, that’s city life!”

“Was able to rent relatively easily for Seattle and me and my partner have been loving our space, the location, and the amenities. There's a very clean and put together feel about the place. All the staff have been helpful and kind. Can't speak enough about the nice location too, feels like a tiny escape from "downtown" downtown. Loved all the design of the place too.”

“I enjoy living here. Leasing office is very friendly, maintenance has only been helpful, the building is clean and in a good location. It is expensive as all apartments are in Seattle. Would recommend living here.”

“Long story short: We loved it here. Any students who are going to be attending Divers Institute of Technology (and anyone else) should absolutely look into these apartments!

My husband and I just moved out after our 7 month stay here. Management was extremely accommodating to our situation, not being able to see the apartment in person, as well as driving all the way from St. Louis, Missouri in the middle of winter in our dinky little car. Thankfully we didn’t encounter any issues or delays on our adventure, but the offices main concern was us getting here safely as opposed to arriving on time. We finally made it on December 31st and got to enjoy our new years here.

Our second day, the cold water knob in the shower stripped so we had to create a ticket to get it fixed. The maintenance man, Veda, was so extremely nice and he was a lovely first person to talk to having just come here. He came the next day to fix it and was very sociable. I talked to him about being new to the area and he gave us some lovely recommendations on fishing spots to explore, and general things he enjoyed around the area! There’s an awesome Tiki bar and a popular strip with bowling, food, and drinks that’s only a 20 minute walk away.

Taylor has also been absolutely amazing! This is me and my husband’s first apartment together, So I definitely had a lot of silly questions and she had so much patience and gave very honest, thorough answers to always ease my mind. I also very much enjoy stopping by and chatting with her! She absolutely works with the tenants and makes their stay as easy as possible! Her patience, ability to accommodate, transparency, and expert communication has set such a high standard for our next apartment (:

The only issues we’ve encountered are beyond anything that maintenance or management could fix. The no AC was a bit rough during the heatwave since we’re on the 3rd floor, but clearly we survived. The occasional cockroach during the winter, but we sprayed raid once and everything was just fine (they’re gonna find a way in no matter what). And the building has older plumbing, so discolored water does happen (A quick ask in the Neighbors app definitely secured the fact that it’s also just a Seattle thing), so definitely recommend a Brita.

Overall, We very much enjoyed living here and definitely recommend this for anyone looking into apartments. We’ve gotten very lucky with our neighbors and never had any issues with noise aside from street traffic and the occasional car alarm. I also walked to work and it is a safe area to walk around in, and is a generally safe area to be in! Thank you so much Taylor and Veda for being so awesome!”

“Excellently located near the landmarks of Seattle. Walkable food, entertainment, and shopping. Rent is reasonable for the area and the management company is responsive, pleasant, and respectful. Beautiful views from the rooftop. The Space Needle is a 4 block walk away. SLU/Amazon campus is within a 10 minute biking distance. Downtown to Pike Place Market is 15 minutes bus ride on any of 8 different lines.Apartments are wired for gigabit service and WFH is viable with a hybrid splash to downtown offices, South Lake Union, and Belltown startups thanks to nearness to varied transportation options. The area around can be a bit squirrelly--there's a popular sports bar/hotspot nearby, the Arena and Space Needle are blocks away, it's noisy Lower Queen Anne on a Saturday night, but you can't blame the apartment for the locale. City Living is living in a city. You'll get sirens and shouters on the streets, but for being so close to a major traffic artery it's relatively quiet.Great find for a good price if you can swing it.”

“Love living here! Roman, the property manager, is great. He replies to emails promptly and fixes any issues quickly. The view from the rooftop is beautiful. (You can see Mt. Rainier!)(Property management asked for HONEST reviews - not just positive ones)”

“I've been living here for a while and although my review was previously negative, it's been better (or I got used to it)If you are looking into living here, keep in mind that phone signal is bad and internet provider options you get are not too great”

“I have lived here for many years and continue to be extremely happy. The staff are incredible. They are soo friendly, genuine and excellent at their jobs. Maintenance fixes problems as soon as humanly possible, usually within 24-48 hours. The leasing team knows every dog in the complex and is always ready with a treat. I personally feel that when issues have arisen, they have been handled with care, the right amount of caution, and a level of thoroughness that puts me at ease. I feel safe in the building and community.

The photos are accurate - between renters units are thoroughly cleaned and updated as needed. We may not have a ton of amenities like other pricier places, but we have a community and respect that is often void in apartment buildings.

The location is excellent because we have coffee shop on the corner and are walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies and parks.”

“My experience has been extraordinary! The building manager Darkua, has been nothing but an angel and an incredible professional! Since our application to the moment we move in, Darkua gave us all the support and orientation we needed, making the whole process easier and friendlier! Feeling like home since day one!”

He goes above and beyond in his job and we are incredibly lucky to have a property manager that truly cares for his residents.”
