Please remove the very tattered American flag, from the bed of your white, 4x4, Ford Super Duty pickup.

The movers were excellent. They operated efficiently and courteously. They got our job done within the window provided and moved everything, even our odd shaped open top boxes. They were delayed on arrival but did notify me well ahead of their schedule arrival time so I was aware. My move was a mess due to the date being changed on the closing and they accommodated that as well. Overall extremely satisfied and would use again and recommend

Just had them move me from one apartment to another and had a mixed-bag kind of experience. I chose to work with them because they were located two blocks from where I was moving out of, and after online research they seemed about as good as anyone else. Also, they could schedule me sooner than some other moving companies, so I could just get the move over with quickly. Getting them to commit to move me was stressful. They charge a four hour minimum, and I only had six pieces of furniture to move (mattress, box springs, frame, dresser, corner desk in two parts) from one place to another in North Seattle. The owner acted as if it would be terrible thing if there was any more furniture than that, regardless of the fact that I was contracting to buy his time, not move a specific number of pieces of furniture. I expressed the idea that maybe I was just too small to deal with and that I should take my business elsewhere, and the owner cut me a special deal on the fly which made it just barely cost effective for me. The movers themselves were very friendly, professional, and careful. Not only did they get my furniture out of a sixth floor apartment through an elevator, but they took all the extra boxes of stuff I had packed and had planned to move myself. They knew exactly where my new place is, and they got there as fast as I did. They moved in all the furniture and set up my bed frame and mattresses. They had a difficult challenge in getting my bid desk into the office room, but they were clever and made it happen. They even moved some computer equipment out of my car and into the new unit. They job was finished with I'm sure not even two hours gone of the four hours I purchased. We were wrapping up and I was completing the paperwork when the owner called to make absolutely sure that they weren't going to go over four hours with this move. He even asked his movers what time it was. (Phones display that quite accessibly these days). That was tacky. It made me feel like he was more interested in money than in me. So, the move went OK, but I can't see myself every working with them again.

I have used these guys twice now. They are hit and miss with their service. The first time went great. They shrink wrapped items with doors/drawers so they didn't swing/slide open during moving or transport. They worked fairly quickly, although I found myself helping them unload in order to get done sooner since they seemed pretty slow at getting things off. They also took a "break" on the way from one residence to the other. The second time was pretty awful. I wanted them to unload boxes at the doorway to the residence because I had family there to help bring the boxes in. I stated this repeatedly, but sure enough found one of the movers bringing a load of boxes inside the residence with a hand truck on the hardwood floors, letting the load down, and then removing the hand truck from underneath by dragging the metal lip across the hardwood....scratching it of course. I mean seriously? Did this guy have ANY brain cells or respect for others property? That was precisely what I was trying to avoid. This happened twice before I had to practically yell at them not to bring hand trucks into the home as it scratches up the hardwood. The rest of the service was about the same. The only appreciable aspect was that I was not the one carrying furniture up several flights of stairs. The quoted amount was about right on as far as the total bill went. So, they are a value and accurate in their quotes. They do work hard for the most part, but you may find them taking a "break" between homes. Unfortunately the regard for your personal belongings and home seems lost which is something any employee of a moving company should have.

If you want to feel being robbed, then try to use this place. They will give you a reasonable quote, then try really hard to work slowly so they can charge you the max price they quote plus 25%, which is the max legal amount they could get from you. They are so unorganized and be expected many items not being moved or misplaced. They moved our two glass night stands. And there are 4 missing parts after the move. We went back to our old house and found the missing parts were still sitting on the ground. They managed only move part of night stands.

Their estimate was way off! After even looking around our whole house, he estimated 3 guys/1 truck & 5-6 hours total including the 45 min. drive! They actually needed 6 guys, 2 trucks and it took 10 hours! After 2 hours, WE even had to go rent a 2nd truck (at our expense). We even had EVERYTHING packed and ready to go! Although we felt really bad those guys were worked SO hard, we went with this company because of their estimate! He tried to put it all on me at the end -- why he didn't know that we had stairs at our new house, etc. The bottom of our cabinet broke, a bookshelf got a hole in it, 3 glass items in a box broke... They were so exhausted that we didn't even bother having them put some of the furniture into the house, it would have taken more time, so it was left in the garage. Pretty miserable -- live and learn.

I used this company to move only a short distance. The owner gave me an estimate & said the more I packed myself, the lower the cost. I said I would do some of the packing, they could do some. On the day they were do pack us, they didn't show up. When I phoned the owner said he thought I was going to do the packing. That put us under extreme pressure because we HAD to move out the next day. His crew showed up the next day and brought extra people in order to get the rest of the packing done and move us on the same day. The packing process was adequate and they did work hard and were nice. But long story short, there were too many people to get the job done efficiently. In the end, it cost us $1000 more than was originally bid, our dining room table got badly damaged when someone piled something heave on top of it with no protection to the table and that will cost us a good bit of have it repaired. And the final straw was how angry they got when I didn't have cash/check available to tip them. After paying $1000 more than I thought I was gong to pay thee was no way I had money to tip them. And when did tipping start in the moving industry anyway? I've moved many times over the years and never heard of tipping. What's going on in this industry? I would never use them again.

Great moving company. I used them back in September. They took great care with all of my things and were very professional and easy to work with.

first of all, these guys were an hour and a half late because they got lost... ever heard of gps? or google maps? a professional place would make sure he knew where the location site was before they arrived so they could plan accordingly. Then at the very end, the Ed (perceivably the owner) asks me if I can pay with a cash. Keep in mind that I specifically went with this company when another company gave me a lower rate for the convenience of using a credit card. He gave me this story about out of state blabbity blah.. um hello? it IS 2010 - this local vs out of state credit card bull$hit is a lame excuse and I was too shocked at what a stupid excuse to even argue my point. And on top of that, he charged a minimum 3 hours which he mentioned minimum of 2 hours when I first called. Another minor complaint is that one of the guys whined the entire time. the job was pretty simple - move a truck of stuff off of truck and into an apartment. they even messed up on common sense things like.. don't stack the heaviest thing on top ... i mean.. really??
