One of the rare music stores where people are genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to lend a hand. Many purchases over the years and really the only place I want to shop in Seattle.

Super helpful and fun staff! Couldn't get my keyboard to turn on and they dug through a million cords to find an obscure one, then helped me troubleshoot my issue until my keyboard was working again. 100% recommend!

Today our staff of musicians continue to play music in the clubs and studios, doing shows, and using the gear we carry so our experience can inform and guide our customers in choosing the right gear. The performers, the hopefuls, the just starting, the famous and the emerging stars are in the store and playing in this city and beyond.
