Recently used Amazon's grab and go "technology" at T-Mobile park and was overcharged $10.00. Walk out is a scam, you will be overcharged and there is no way to contest the charge. Do not ever use this "technology", unless you like to be ripped off.

This is a great convenience location that became a regular pit stop for me during my stay in Seattle. I so appreciated the employees here. You can buzz right through without interruption, but when you do need assistance there is always someone right there. Of course, the shop is tiny and has a limited amount of items, but when you need something that you know they stock, it's by far the most convenient shop around!

Ironically this cashier less store has some of the best customer service if you ever need to ring the bell for support. There was a great gentleman there this morning that assisted with an item return.

It super convenient when they actually have food and don't decided to stock the shelf first thing in the morning before work starts... locking the doors at 7:30 am to stock... why wasn't this done 2 hours earlier or at night..

Nice store . A lot of options for food snacks and beverages and a friendly attendant.Its inside the houdini building so difficult to spot but a really nice store with technology at its core. Scan your app , pick your stuff and leave !Love it

Convenient when they're actually open, but really unreliable. About 1 in 3 trips they'll be closed in the middle of their open hours with a sign outside saying to come back later.

We walked here from our hotel. This was our first time at an amazon go store and it was amazing. The employee helped us get logged on and showed us how it works. This was by far the coolest experience ever! Such an easy exchange and you just walk out with the items charged to your account. I wish these were in Texas. I love how calm and peaceful the store is in the mornings.

I got food poisoning on Monday the 9th 2023 from the popcorn chicken... I ate a few pieces and then noticed the one I was eating was completely raw on the inside. I spoke to the manager today and he was very dismissive and was not looking to take my complaint and told me to write a review on the app where I was not able to leave one.. I want to let yall know so you can watch out.. I am so disappointed....

Tiny store, where the conveniences are mostly sugary snacks, premade sandwiches, and wine. Not much choice of anything.
