The produce is not fresh, funny for a store with the name "fresh" lots of empty shelves, this store was great for the first couple of weeks.I live two blocks away and only go in an emergency.I was a big fan of Amazon but they are absolutely forgetting about customer service

Disappointed in the interaction with the young lady working the customer service counter, no reason to be rude because someone doesn’t understand the app. It would have been nice if she provided assistance rather than tell me to step off to the side, and that the app should give me instructions with an attitude. Definitely didn’t show customer obsession, bias for action, or any other Amazon leadership principle.

My grocery bills are cut by almost 50% by shopping there. The store schematic is incredible as well, and Amazon returns at this location saves me so much time.
