No carts. No baskets. Not one. Employee’s told me to go back up a floor to the parking lot and fetch one myself, but that most were stolen . How many people work there ? Then they let another customer threaten and practically assault me, just for asking for a cart. Employees watch shoplifters carry full shopping bags of stolen food out right in front of them. I won’t go back. It’s not safe . Also: people constantly get stuck in the garage. If you do have a question or problem, there is no way to call the store . You can call Safeway or QFC. You can’t call Amazon Fresh. Horrible place

A lot of items are constantly out of stock. It's unclear to me who handles the ordering and stocking, but they are doing a dismal job. After 9pm, they close down the pick-up, which was supposed to be open until 10pm. No fresh sandwich, hot, or baked items. Security guards profiled me several times when I used to shop here in person in the past, so I now only place orders for delivery or pickup. Only for them to constantly run out of stock or be sold food that has expired or will expire in one day. It would have been better if Amazon Corporation hired a new management and had a better oversight.

What day of the month do you restock the selves? Many empty shelves all the time i shop there. The Deli does not open until 11am and closes at 3pm. How come so many employees just walking around. One very heavy set woman who I suspect is a supervisor is just stand watching, maybe she could stock the shelves. And with excellent credit, how come my Amazon Store card is turned down. I like your store but it screams to me to shop at Safeway

Frequently out of stock of common, everyday items… smart shopping carts are challenging to use… and the parking is supposed to be free within 1 hour, but gate is always broken so the parking management company will try to charge you $$ — and have no phone number for contact to dispute.
Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s or literally anywhere else is better

The terminal to exit the garage wouldn't accept either the ticket or any credit card. We sat there for 10 minutes waiting to get help as 7 cars sat behind us. Then the person demanded I shout my personal information so they could bill me later before letting me out. It's important to note, I owed them no money.

Apparently my Prime membership doesn’t include restroom access. My request was ignored till I approached another employee (who was extremely rude). Seems like the “customer obsession” memo hasn’t reached this store yet.

Obviously a parking garage conversion. Terrible vibes. If you want to get a taste of what living in a bad dystopian novel is like, go here.

While I like shopping at Amazon fresh, this particular stores employees are so incompetent. Multiple times I've went to pick up my order and come back home I see they forgot to gave me some of the grocery bags. There's also times when I was shopping in store and trying to checkout but they had no idea how to assist with any issues in the checkout kiosk. Really ruins the shopping experience

A ghost town of a store. When it opened it was awesome, like a small Whole Foods. Fantastic hot bar, good deli and meat delartment, good produce. Literally everything has been cut in terms of quality. The deli is rarely staffed, the quality of goods have dropped, the meat department for fresh items is no more. So we once had a mini Whole Foods and we now have a bad Trader Joe's knock off. I have no idea what the heck Amazon's goal is here but it's not to put out the finest product that would drive brand loyalty that's for sure.
Also, they can't keep the store staffed. When I go there it's always a flip of a coin if they have products. This isn't the supply chain crunch anymore, it's just lack of effort. I have no problems at any of the major supermarkets in the area, including Whole Foods. They seems to be doing OK. Either Amazon needs to start over or just deal with it that this store is gojng to be more costly to run, and make an effort to improve.
The employees that are there are awesome. Hope Amazon's management can figure out how to keep them happy.

People in store are 100% and helpful through and through. Now the Amazon APP was COMPLETELY GARBAGE and prevented me from placing my order. Had multiple sale items in app claim to be outta stock even though there was a PLETHORA OF THEM STILL IN STOCK. Forcing me to select the more expensive items.
