My debit card was charged for service i did not receive. I was informed that i would have to pay for full service due to being late by 15 mins. which i understood. i needed a fill. i was told the stylist did not have time. my appointment was at 3:10pm, i arrived at 3:25pm. My question is, was the next appointment at 3:30, 3:45pm or 4:00pm? I had my credit card on file and instead of charging my credit card they used my last method of payment which was my debit card which was unauthorized. Had to report the charge as i never authorized my debit card to charged. Thank God my bank understood and refunded my funds immediately. I will never go back again. I may be one customer to lose but customer service goes a long way. charge my credit card and not my debit card that i never left on file or gave permission to use. FRAUD at its finest find another place to go.

I had Marshaun and she was amazing!! The front desk is so sweet and communicative, and the tech I had was so nice and funny. I had the lash lift and tint and she worked perfectly with my needs, these are the best lashes I’ve ever had!

I had the worst experience here! I came in on Friday for a foreign fill I was told my total would be $109.99 I agreed to that price. When they finished with my “volume lash fill” my total was $189!!! The lashes looked like a beginner did a classic set on me. It’s now Sunday (TWO DAYS) later my lashes are GONE . I have been getting eyelash extensions for the past six years. I only came here because I was in a time crunch to get an appointment. I wasted almost $200 for lashes that lasted me a day and a half when I asked about why I was being overcharged Lady in the front said that she did not have any control Give me the bosses email.

I usually don’t review but I had to use my boyfriends gmail account to make sure I did.
I was super excited to come in and get more information about lash studio since I was trying to find somewhere close by downtown. I walked in and immediately the front desk girl (Ari) was uninviting and seemed annoyed she had to turn down her air pods to hear my question. After asking her how I would chose a lash girl if I wanted to book she said you can check out insta…. Didn’t provide insta.. then I ask for it and she goes… it’s our name.
I actually rather drive in rush hour traffic any day of the week then deal with people who hate their jobs. Super disappointed

Stilist are great and it's a clean place the problem is, they use their own glue and their glue is terrible .... Lashes don't even last a week..they refuse to use the glue you bring in... I think they do this so they get more money for fills. This are my 3d eyelashes after 7 days

I like my lashes and I think generally speaking the stylist that I’ve had there are really nice. They seem to lose a lot of employees pretty regularly and I’ve gone here for several years. I do a lot of traveling and I had to accumulated six credits. I asked to put my membership on hold a few times in order to be able to try to use those. I think after the second or third time they told me that my only other option was to cancel seeing as though I am gone for sometimes up to two months at a time this doesn’t really work for me and it’s usually international so I can’t go find another amazing lash studio in a different city. There are lots of good options to get your eyelashes done in Seattle so I decided to discontinue my membership even then they make you pay for another month after you ask them to stop even if it is before your billing cycle so beware of this if you are hoping to cancel. They up charge for master stylist as well as hybrids or 3-D or 5D lashes so with the tip I never left there with a bill that was less than $40-50 addition to the monthly charge. So it is not much cheaper than most other places. I’ll miss the convenience of appointments that were available in 3-4 days but I won’t miss the corporate feel of my experience there. I’ll take my business to many of the small businesses offering the same services.

Mia at the front desk is phenomenal. Addressed all my questions with professionalism and kindness. Olivia is a fantastic lash stylist as well. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of having my eyebrows done by Sarah, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I showed her some digital morphs of what I wanted, and she not only met my expectations but exceeded them. Her attention to detail and perfectionism truly shine through in her work. Got some amazing eyebrows that still have that masculine look I wanted. Seriously, people need to see her. Don't hesitate!!

Friendly staff, excellent service, super clean, and relaxing vibes! My lash extensions were top-notch and you can choose a lash style! My appointment took about an hour and a half but I came out with superb lashes!

I got a lash lift here and am extremely disappointed. I’ve gotten two lash lifts at other places before, and I was very happy with their results — I didn’t need to curl my eyelashes for a month or more and it looked like they were perfectly curled all the time. This time, you can’t even tell I got a lash lift at all. The woman who did my lash lift didn’t show me what it looked like after, so I didn’t get to see it before I left (which is totally on me, I should’ve asked for a mirror). When I got home, I saw that they barely looked curled at all but thought maybe it would take a day or two to work. I didn’t shower or get my lashes in steam like they suggested for 24 hours. It literally looks like I got nothing done to my eyelashes, and I’m very sad that I wasted $100 on this. I think it might be because the serum was only left on for a little while; in the past I remember waiting a long time before they took it off. Everyone who worked here was super nice so I feel bad writing this review, but it really was a complete waste of $100 and now I’m afraid to curl my eyelashes since everyone online says not to after a lash lift so I just have to live with uncurled lashes for a while. I’ve actually never left a review before but I wanted to save other people from wasting $100+ here.
