Had an in town move with Alto Moving in West Seattle. The team was professional and kept up good spirits through our entire move. Nothing was damaged or scratched, they moved everything with efficiency and speed till the job was complete. Would highly recommend their services! Well worth the money to have such a great experience with moving!

Highly recommend!!! John and his team arrived exactly when scheduled. They were very friendly and and incredibly efficient. They took great care of our belongings, zero damage, zero issues. They also wrapped items we didn’t think to and helped secure other boxes we thought we’d solid. The team also provided their own moving equipment. I genuinely can’t recommend them enough!! We had another company cancel last minute and John really came through. Price was 100% reasonable and beat many of the competition. They provided services others charged extra for. If you are looking for a great company to help you move, seriously give them a call. 10/10

Hired them since it was on short notice and they are local. They arrived on time and were nice, but the move took way longer than it should have. It should have only taken 1-2 hours but it ended up being twice as long. I eventually told them to just unload what they had at the new place and I would do the rest myself. It ended up taking them almost 4hr for a move down the street and I ended up having to finish moving the rest of the furniture myself. I won't be hiring them again.
Update: I spoke to the owner but we couldn't come to an agreement because he wanted me to delete the review or change it to five stars. Since then I have not heard back. Overall this experience has been very unprofessional.

John and his team helped me move my power tools and other miscellaneous items from my home to my storage unit and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Everyone was friendly, communicative, helpful, professional, and timely. John confirmed he'd be there between 9-10am the day before, let me know when he was on his way on the morning of, and he was on time. My tools arrived in perfect condition. This has to be my best experience with a moving company/team. 10/10—would recommend.

Best moving experience by far! All of my belongings were carefully wrapped and moved quickly. Pricing was great and the workers were very polite, and professional. I will definitely be using Alto moving again if I end up moving in the future.

Performed a local West Seattle piano move from garage to home using specialty equipment across large gaps, avoiding usage of stairs. A smooth move, overall.

John had his team came well prepared and moved everything with efficiency and ease. The day of my move it was raining so they wrapped everything with their own supplies. Very good communication. Will be using their services next time I have to move and referring to my friends!

We called Alto for a specialty move of a heavy piece of equipment with a pressing deadline. After filling out inquiry forms and leaving voicemails with a couple of movers, it was such a nice change when John answered the phone! He was very responsive and figured out how to make it happen for us, keeping us informed with updates. He and his crew were punctual, professional and efficient. We highly recommend Alto and will call them again for future needs.
