Just bought my first pair of Allbirds last month. Only wore them twice, packed them in my carry on and it fell out and was damaged. I called customer service explained what happened. Without hesitation, they sent me a replacement pair at no charge! Excellent customer service.

There are some awesome shoes here. It's open-spaced with all walls covered in kicks. Staff are around to grab sizes for you. They are friendly and patient. Allbirds is worth popping in.

Known for their comfy shoes and friendly staff. This store was the odd ball. Five staff members just chatting it up and dont even acknowledge us or ask if we need help. Finally asked one for a size. She literally asked me three times my shoe size and my partner twice. Is she even listening? She hands us the boxes and quickly helps a Y T client. Instead of handing the box to him, she opens the box, takes out the cardboard insert and fixes the laces for him. Y T privilege in your face. Probably not representative of the company as a whole but still made a regrettable purchase. No need to acknowledge my review. We know you’re not inclusive.

The shoes are amazing and have a very low carbon foot print! Give them a try....I did and now have 5 pairs.

They literally lost on a sale. I was there to buy a pair but nobody bothered to help us out. We had to call them explicitly so many times to help us try out different sizes and note there was no rush in the store.I felt the employees were demotivated and did not bother whether they make any sale and encouraged us to order online rather than from the store. Bad experience with the store.

We stopped in so that I could look at some winter high top sneakers. I came up with a beautiful pair of indigo, blue ones which are wonderful and cozy, and have been pretty nonslip so far. Thanks for the great service.

Allbirds at University village, WA is Avery good shoe shop. Their shoes are Comfy, easy-to-clean styles for small and full grown ones too. They are Light, Bouncy, and very good for long distance runs. They are made with super natural materials.

This is a fairly small store but it's your classic allbirds - very clean and minimalistic! They have all the shoes and socks displayed on the walls but their apparel is quite limited. I own a pair of allbirds (Piper) I absolutely love how comfortable they are for everyday wear. This time, I came wanting a new pair of allbirds but for running and I was very confused on which style is a good fit for me since now they have different fits. Shoutout to Spencer for helping me out as he described the differences and was very patient when he answered my questions. I went with one of his recommendations (Tree Flyer) and it's absolutely great for running and just walking too! I don't think I'll need to use the 30 day guarantee refund since it fit so well. I really love the sustainability aspects of allbirds and love the customer service. Will surely come back!

Bought my orange pair on a fly. Salesperson wasn't a shoe person enough to question me thoroughly about the fit. Well, I suppose it needs to be broken into, maybe? Nah, I don't think so bc it stretches. It fits like a glove with no wiggle room. In the store it's hard to judge while it's on. After I left the shop n walked after half an hour then I knew I should've gotten a half size bigger. Well, I'll just use it for short walks.

Alex was so kind and helpful in locating an item for me! He was efficient and knowledgeable, and he completed my order for an item that was sold out online. He also shipped quickly! Great customer service like this makes me want to shop at Allbirds in the future. Highly recommend this store!

This is going to be a first for me. A positive review on something I ended up returning. :) It's hard to imagine someone that hasn't heard of these shoes so I was among the curious until recently when I ordered a pair. Loving in Seattle comfy and water resistant sounded like the perfect set of attributes. At that point it comes down to color and size. Colors- that's a personal thing so after picking out some wool Mizzles comes the size selection. Uh oh. No wide sizes available. I followed their recommendations and fired away. Soon thereafter they showed up and I eagerly tried them on. On the plus side they were nice and cushy. Not quite ultraboost cushy but they would have been good and the water resistance would be the icing n the cake. Unfortunately they were a bit too narrow and the back of the heel was digging into my heel which was the dealbreaker. Why the positive review? True to their word the return process was fast and easy and they credited my card right away. Easy peasy. If they ever make a wide shoe I'll definitely give them a shot.
