They were so good for most things. Got several pants hemmed or let out/taken in here. But they absolutely butchered taking the sleeve of an unlined blazer up before going to a wedding. It hurts, but I can no longer recommend this place for anything other then a minor repair.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE.
I had my suit and tuxedo stolen from All Seasons Cleaners several months ago. They said the insurance was processing the claims and that it would take about 2 weeks for them to contact me.
There has been no contact from the business or their insurance. Who knows if my stuff was actually stolen or not, but it seems like there is no plan to reimburse me.
Not only that, but the last time I went in to check about the insurance claim, there was no one even in the store - the woman working the counter was across the street. No mystery why stuff is being stolen.
Will probably have to threaten legal action to get reimbursed.

I got my wool coat altered because the lining was loose. I was quoted $35 over the phone and in person. I was charged $90 when picking it up. When asked why the difference, the workers said it was $35 at the lowest possible amount…. they did a great job in altering my coat but just wish they hadn’t tried to pull a fast one on me

I brought in a dress to be hemmed. Was told it would be $60 and a week to finish.
Went in next day to pick up dry cleaning & was told the dress was ready.
Got home . Saw that it had not been hemmed but just stitched thru the hem with excess thread hanging at end.
Brought back in next day and was told they had cut the fabric and rehemmed.
This is impossible given dress was still same length as when I originally brought in.
Dry cleaning service good. Alterations not so much.

Long time customer. 20+ years. Several hundred dollars a month. Dropped off a cream colored turtleneck sweater that wasn't even dirty, I just like to keep my clothes looking new as long as possible. When I went to wear it I discovered this huge stain that was NOT there when I dropped it off. Just got back after taking it in to show them. Oh they were aware of it, but claim it was already there. Pink and green? What would even make this stain other than something while it was being cleaned? I'm extremely disappointed that they wouldn't admit to their mistake and angered that they would insult my intelligence by lying about it. Shady, duplicitous, irresponsible and unethical. They've lost a good customer.

I take no pleasure in leaving this bad review. I have been bringing my dry cleaning here for 20+ years and alterations too. Service has always been excellent, friendly service. But I picked up a sweater last week, went to wear it and discovered a huge stain on the turtleneck collar. Very large stain. It was not there when I dropped it off. I would definitely have noticed. I'm very careful with my clothes. I understand things happen, I wouldn't have let this ruin my relationship with this business, but I just got back after taking it in to discuss this with them and they denied that they had anything to do with it. Please, if you fucked up then admit it. I am blown away by their complete denial. They have just lost several hundreds of dollars a month in business. It's a shame. These guys are apparently great until something goes wrong, but when it does you're on your own. Just be aware.

Absolutely terrible. Do not waste your money. I paid $22 and my dress is still dirty. They didn’t clean the sleeves at all. They would not even give me half my money back.

I’ve used this company for several years. Clothing always looks great, fair/comparable prices for Seattle, and they are VERY fast, typically clothing is available for pick up the next day.

All Seasons Cleaners has ruined my husband's white wedding shirt we dropped off there this week. It has come back with yellow and red sleeves, shoulder and collar. They wanted to swap it for another white shirt, my husband refused, they eventually reimbursed us for the shirt. There was no consultation when we dropped it off, we just wish that if the job was out of their skill set, they had of sent us away in the first place.

My garments lacked any semblance of cleanliness. This is the second time I've tried going here, and both times I've been terribly let down by it. If you go here you are throwing away your money.

I’ve been using these cleaners for dry cleaning my nicer or more delicate clothing for a few months. They’re super efficient, often having pickup within just a day or two.Would recommend as a convenient spot in Capitol Hill!

I have been using this service since 2019 and they have always exceeded my expectations. The day before Thanksgiving I really needed a jacket done by Saturday. Even with their machine broken they still got the jacket in my hands by noon today which is Saturday. Impressive! Additionally, they hemmed my Kut by the Cloth jeans with the same gold color thread that was there originally. I highly recommend this business.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I never post any reviews at all, but this is something I feel the community and neighborhood should be aware of. I am new to the neighborhood and wanted to support businesses within my neighborhood. I first visited this place in the fall, I wanted a few things done and primarily a grey coat that had a large coffee stain in addition to getting a small rip on a pant. Fast forward to pick up, the stain was not removed and when confronted, they shrugged their shoulders and said it was impossible to remove it. When I checked the pants after paying for the service they realized they had not repaired it and quickly ran a quick stitch trough their machine, afterwards not only did they inflate the overall cost of services but charged me double for fixing a half inch rip. Fast forward to today. I decided to give them a second chance, I figured they would be able to remove a stain from a very thin sweater and deodorant stains from a white knit top. When I dropped off the 3 items I asked how much it would cost and agreed to the price (which btw was still incredibly overpriced). When I picked up the items, they again told me they could not remove the stains, I was confused as deodorants stains aren't hard to remove. The service was very fast less than 24hours without my request for a fast service. I was disappointed, but really what aggravated me was when they shrugged it off and asked if I wanted to send it again for additional fees. I told them I would wash the top at home. Once I was ready to pay with disappointment, the person proceeded to charge me triple the original amount, for a service they did not complete! I will never be returning ever again.
