There is tons of parking on the street because the construction company reserved it yet every time you deliver appliances to the new build your drivers choose to block my driveway. This is at least the 5th time I have had to yell at your people to stop blocking my driveway. It is absolutely ridiculous

Great service, they were very prompt although several of us showed up at the same time. We bought the ElectroluxW/D set. Delivery was awesome, totally set up and both running when they left completed. Highly recommend!! Renae Martin at Elliot location was awesome!

It’s not always the case - but I had a not so pleasant call with customer service today. The two people I talked too like transferring you or hanging up on you without waiting for you to finish, their attitude is very impatient. I mean I understand that it’s not your fault that some appliances is not working as expected or the customers (usually the builder) who made the order didn’t make it clear which unit goes to which address. But hey, it’s not my fault either and I have to live with the noise everyday while I paid my hard-earned money for the appliance, and you happen to be answering the phone while collecting your paycheck. So can we just not make each other life more challenging? I’m giving it 3 star because I believe one or two individuals do not represent the whole company and I would love to support our local Ballard business. I hope the owner sees this because I certainly hope this does not represent their values in servicing their customers.

After my experience with Albert Lee I am not surprised by their 1.5 out of 5 rating with the BBB.I purchased a dishwasher from Albert Lee Appliance in February 2022. During installation of the appliance, the control panel of the dishwasher was damaged as were the hardwood floors in two different rooms of my home (entry and kitchen). Before they left I was told to sign a paper that installation was complete and that someone would be in touch regarding the damage.I spoke with them later that day, and to their credit they got me scheduled with Appliance Service Station for one month later. Unfortunately, they are unwilling to acknowledge or accept responsibility for the damages done to my floors. I provided them with photos and videos of the damage that very day, including the fresh shavings next to the groove that their hand truck had gouged in my hardwood.I had to call four times over the course of two months to try and get a response on the floors, and after constantly being told someone would be calling me back I received an email simply stating: "I have passed this info onto the managers of the warehouse and they feel that this damage was not done by the Albert Lee install team."Good to know that they don't FEEL that the damage was done by them. Fact of the matter is that it WAS done by them. They have refused to refund the delivery fee and have refused to pay for damages to the floor.I will avoid this vendor at all costs in the future.

During the hottest week of summer , my parents refrigerator decided it was done. So they woke up to everything defrosting/Melting. They went shopping for a new fridge. Went to all the usual places. Big box stores where there was really no customer service. A few other appliancestores.. Either the customer service was non existent or what they wanted was not in stock OR it wouldn't be able to be delivered for weeks.The old fridge had to be disassembled to get it in the house Several years ago. As it was too big to fit through the door. When the delivery guys showed up to deliver the old fridge THEY REFUSED to take off the doors to get it inside. So we ended up having to do everything by ourselves. Even worse.... They actually took the fridge back and we had to go PICK IT UP!! I had to borrow a truck, call some friends etc. It was a nightmare.So, TODAY when the new fridge arrived.My dad explained to Niko and Zach that the old fridge wouldn't fit through the door.Those guys didn't even flinch. They said ok and went back to their truck and got some tools out and commenced to taking care of the old fridge. During this my dad realized that the NEW fridge was just slightly too tall. So he had to remove a shelf above. They didn't get upset. They just moved the old one out and waited a few Minutes for my dad to get the shelf out. Then Zach and Niko put the new fridge in. They made sure it was level and was hooked up properly. COULDN'T have asked for a better experience. From sales to delivery it was such a great experience. Because of this... next time we need an appliance. We will be going STRAIGHT to Albert Lee.. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!(BTW if I spelled anyone's name wrong I'm ? sorry) Oh.. and I don't believe BBB ratings anymore. As a business owner myself. Unless I PAY the BBB I will NEVER have a very high rating.

During a washer and dryer install, Albert Lee employees, for no reason I can understand, unplugged my chest freezer, ruined hundreds of dollars of food, and the company took no responsibility for it.The freezer socket wasn't even the one they plugged the washer into. The cord actually has a giant DO NOT UNPLUG tag on it, which was ignored. I didn't realize it for two weeks, and suffered approx. a $500-1000 dollars food loss (would be $1500 if I was using strict food safety standards).I understand this was an accident (but for real, a really huge screw up on their part), and think they should share some part of this loss at least, but they didn't acknowledge any responsibility. Not even a discount on delivery fee.

Extremely dangerous dock for 53 foot trailers. Much less dangerous enough just getting here. Never use door 2, you can be trapped waiting for door 1 to finish.

The staff at the warehouse was great. The Albert Lee experience was poor. Although promised to be at the Fife warehouse on Saturday, when I called ahead they said they had delivered my appliance to someone else. I had to drive to Ballard to pick up the refrigerator because my elderly mother's refrigerator failed and she needs cool storage for medications. The store manager apologized and said that their system was to blame.
