I highly recommend Adrian and his team (especially Tracy!). He's a consummate professional- responsive, pro-active, effective. We had to navigate a rather complicated situation from abroad but Adrian was patient and supportive, ultimately making the transaction possible. Moved into a house with ACTIVE black mold and mold in the only shower. No washer/ dryer/ fridge upon arrival as was agreed. Nails sticking out of walls. Very unsafe structure in the back yard. One electrical wall in the kitchen wasn't working. I genuinely felt like I moved into an abandoned building. Come to find out our neighbor said the last owner was going to demolish the house due to foundational issues. We've also had some of your handyman's from your own company suggest we call the city out. We do not want to have to deal with this time and energy as this was supposed to be "remodeled" before we moved in. We pay almost 3k a month. Is this even legal???? This is literally only about 35% of what we have found. Holes on every wall. Back sliding glass door has no lock (house is not secure). Lost of wood and broken lawn mowers in the backyard. Kitchen cabinets either don't close or have no tracks beneath so they fall right out. a bathroom door didn't close due to the actual frame sinking on one side (handyman literally hit the wall up to make the door close). Oh and the agent decided to tell me "I LIVED WITH MOLD IN MY SHOWER FOR 6 MONTHS, IF YOU GUYS ARE FEELING ANY EFFECTS YOU MUST HAVE LOW IMMUNE SYSTEMS" excuse me? Did I mention I have a 2 year old? I went through a company, I didn't cut corners I tried to do it the right way and still ended up living somewhere that is completely inhabitable from everyone I've heard so far. Every handyman that walks in the door is cursing and saying how bad the house is. The agent is even texting her handyman that we are complaining a lot (yeah I saw that text).

I know Adrian for about 10 years, and I have to say Adrian probably knows about almost EVERYTHING Real Estate related. He is a high producing broker who owns a RE firm, mortgage brokerage and he is also a builder with a MBA from UW! There was never a question Adrian cannot answer and he has always replied promptly with his honest opinion. Many times he tells me the issues with the house that I don't see to help me avoid potential pitfalls. He also has great connections with GCs, handymen, and many other valuable resources in helping me and his clients in all kind of matters. I feel 100% confident and in ease having Adrian representing me in my RE transactions and proud to call Adrian a dear friend.
