Aditi has the best prenatal yoga classes I’ve taken. They are consistent, well informed, gentle and safe. You can tell that the women who take them are healthy and happy in their pregnancy. I recently learned that you don’t get that at some other established prenatal classes in the area. I recommend this yoga studio to anyone and everyone.

What a fantastic Saturday morning class. You can even take the classes from home. There is a parking space near the building. The teacher and staff was very welcoming. Lots of props were used. Great connection to body and slow movements were needed. Lovely space.

The world seems so daunting when you're newly postpartum. The places and spaces that felt familiar and easy pre-baby are suddenly obstacle courses that you have to navigate with a hungry infant and all her accessories. Luckily I found the Baby & Me class at Aditi during this time. It provided me with a space to softly tiptoe back into the world. Parking is easy, the cancellation policy is generous...you don't even have to bring your own mat. You show up with your baby, one of the lovely teachers offers you tea and for the next hour or so you can just hang out with with your baby and get reacquainted with your body. It's not a strenuous workout, but it is so very restorative. So glad this place exists.

I adore Aditi prenatal yoga! Morning classes with Julie are fire, evenings with Christy are rejuvenating and classes with Suzette are a perfect balance between. The only thing I would ask for more of would be music during class, only because the occasional music is lovely and just my cup of tea.

Just had my second prenatal massage at Aditi and honestly, I wish I could go every day. Kalika does the best work I have ever experienced. The pressure is perfect and I leave relaxed, and less puffy, which is no mean feat for being 30 weeks pregnant. Logistically Aditi is so easy, booking online is simple, the building has a lot of free parking, and the space is really relaxing.

I absolutely love both the prenatal classes with Suzette and the prenatal massages as well! Autumn was great to really work out those pressure/tight areas. She is sweet and makes the whole experience comfortable. It was super helpful to get some pointers and what’s tight and then talk through some stretches after. Kalika’s massages are very relaxing and I feel like I’m in a meditative state. Super helpful for when I need to just escape. We can’t forget about Suzette and her incredible prenatal yoga classes. I feel taller when I’m done! She is so wonderful about going at your own pace and the stretching helpings tremendously. She makes the whole experience about connecting with yourself and your baby. Can’t say enough positive things about this place. It doesn’t hurt that it’s beautiful and has an easy online booking system. Thank you Aditi for making this pregnancy experience empowering and managing my pain!

The teachers at AditI are well qualified and the studio is welcoming and warm. There was a period where the studio was nasty (especially the floor which was dirty and dusty) but now Aditi is very clean and tidy. I do miss the calmer environment of other studios and practicing with students who are serious about their yoga. The students at Aditi are chatty and sometimes loud as we wait for class to begin. I wish there was more peace and silence to easily slip into our yoga and meditation.

I haven't taken a class here, but I'm reviewing the massage by Iris. It's always dangerous to call someone out b/c then they get booked and you can't get in again. ;) But she deserves the kudos. You know when you are just craving something and you finally get exactly what you needed? That was my massage... I hadn't been able to find a good massage locally in so long. I had two terrible massages by 2 different therapists at a nearby chiro, and I was desperate for something good. Other than the excellent massage, I appreciate the important nuance that she did not talk to me and let me enjoy. (Therapists will often try to talk to you which is the absolute worst when you're also face-down in a pillow that's smushing on your face.) The temp was perfect, she checked in at the beginning, and then let me enjoy my bliss. She kept it simple, professional, and wonderful. A+

I have been regularly going to Aditi for prenatal massages since my second trimester. I have gotten prenatal massages from Amanda and Iris. Both of them are very good. Currently getting prenatal massages from Iris, she is so good and knows exactly how much pressure to put and where I need it the most. They have also recommended some stretches for me which help as well. I highly recommend Iris and anyone at Aditi. The place is always clean and comfortable. The oils and balms used are also natural and relaxing. They use pillows (not hole in the middle on the table) for prenatal massages, I find the set up very comfortable. My back, calves and hips have been in constant pain through the pregnancy but after prenatal massages with Iris, I find immediate relief. Thank you Iris. I am going to continue to visit Aditi even after delivery for postnatal massages and yoga. I highly recommend them.

Prenatal yoga at Aditi was a great part of my pregnancy! There's such community in this space. Julie and the rest of the team are wonderful. And, don't be fooled, just because your 40 weeks pregnant doesn't mean you're not going to work in this yoga class (squats galore)!

I couldn’t recommend Aditi to pregnant ladies and new mamas more. The prenatal classes were one of the highlights of my pregnancy -- an amazing combination stretching to help with aches and pains, labor prep (squats!), and relaxation. Now that baby is here, I am loving the Baby & Me, postnatal, and barre classes, and it’s so helpful that babies are always welcome. The studio is beautiful with lots of natural light and Julie, the owner, has created such a wonderful community.
