Came in for a return for an online purchase. Service was great and the return was very easy. Store was clean, staff was helpful and friendly!

The worst Abercrombie store. I had to wait in line for 15 minutes in the fitting room. There were no sizes in the store and no waiter could ask. It took two people 40 minutes to check out. I was stunned when I saw the clerk holding a barcode scanner. Minutes, it moves slowly and makes a lot of strange noises, the staff is incompetent and cannot handle guests at all, the worst experience ever.

They really need to stop hiring teenagers or young adults that just graduated fresh off from high school. Please hire someone with experience. I did a refund here for one of my orders and the girl cashier that did it, did it wrong. Now, I’m in the longest process of getting this refund fixed, it’s been almost a month and I still haven’t gotten back my refund. Lesson learned, I’m not doing in store refunds anymore.

It’s always the biggest hassle to return anything here. Don’t recommend buying from this location better off online, so you can return directly back and with postage. Staff is never helpful.

Terrible return policy. 30 days from when they ship. So if it takes 7+ days to get to you, you better get it back quick if anything wrong. Would highly advise not ordering anything online from this retailer, especially when other retailers aren't such sticklers. 2 days 32 days after it shipped (not received) should be able to be returned for a whole refund not just store credit.

Manager is disrespectful and acts as if she handmade all the clothing herself when you make a return. Just pay the $7 and make the online return.

Very unhelpful and rude staff members particularly from the female staff. It seems like everytime I'm there they're just chitchatting.
When I ask them for help, they look reluctant. What asking for a price check, one of the staffers quickly quipped "it's full price" though it actually wasn't.
Terrible service.

I was in today looking for jeans and there were 2 employees in the front. I understand that maybe there was training going on but a simple hello is all they had to do. Later 2 more employees walked by and didn't say hello either. As soon as someone younger came in, they received help finding what kind of jeans they were looking for. Not trying to accuse anyone of anything but I really felt like I did not belong there. The store was very well organized and I appreciate that they carry many different sizes. There's potential but y'all really need to work on customer service. A simple "Hi, how are you?" can go a long way.

I haven't worn A&F since high school and their new stuff looks so cute, I really wanted to give it a try. Ordered online and the shorts I got were way too big, massive. Sizing was a little confusing. I brought them into the store to hopefully exchange and try on a different size. They barely had any sizes in store but I found some that may have fit me. I'd have loved to explore their sizes in store before buying online again blindly, waiting, and then potentially returning again. It was 6 PM and they closed their fitting rooms for the night. The store closes at 9 PM? I can't understand the point of shopping in store if you can't try out their sizing, especially for jeans/pants, or closing fitting rooms 3 hours before closing. Unfortunately, I didn't want to blindly purchase and drive home just to try them on and potentially return again. I'd rather just get more online at that point. So, I returned the shorts and left. Silly to lose out on a sale like that! I have better experiences shopping with Aerie and AE and will stick to them, and recommend them to others as well!
