Had an issue with my freezer (was leaking) and called these guys. They were very friendly and direct. The technician was so nice! He is definitely experienced because he was quick and explained everything along the way.

My refrigerator was not getting cold, the freezer was not freezing so I called for service. The lady who answered the phone was pretty upfront with the fees and very understanding. She understood how important to have a working refrigerator so she said she’ll send a technician before the end of the day. The technician came. He was straightforward on what was wrong with the fridge and what needed to be fix. He got it done and charged me with what he quoted; no hidden fees nor additional unnecessary repairs. He didn’t even charge me emergency/same day service! I highly recommend it! Thank you AAA-Able

I requested a refrigerator service for my freezer was not freezing. They scheduled a technician to come that same day, the customer service was pretty upfront about what to expect (fee amount, etc). The technician was very knowledgeable and honest. He wasn't pushy or selling services, he was straightforward on what was needed to fix and the price. He got it done quick. He charged me of what he quoted me, no hidden fees. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their appliance serviced .

Wow! Victor knows appliances and how to fix them - very responsive and flexible to schedule a visit to diagnose the problem - stopped by on a Saturday and picked up the part Monday, stopped later that day and fixed the problem - much cheaper than replacing the complete unit - will use again !!Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

This was a blatant example of taking advantage of age. My 84 year old mother was taken in by the customer service which was simply a cover up for knowledge and skill. The repairman; Marvin did not fix her machine and would not do what she asked him to do when he was there to prove that the machine was fixed. He came out at no charge the second time but still would not test the machine with clothes in it and said it was fixed.The wash machine works when there were no clothes in it but stalls on the drain and spin cycle if there are no more than a few items of clothing in it. The repairman refused to test the machine with clothes in it.It continues to stall with clothes on the drain and spin cycle and my mother has to pay them again if she wants them to come out to try and fix it again.This is outright thievery and I am reporting this company to The Better Business Bureau..Service: Washer/dryer repair

Great customer service. The tech that came out was the same tech we had when we needed repair a year earlier. He remembered us and we remembered him. Awesome tech, fast and efficient. Explained what happened and the repairs he made and what to do to avoid over use of the unit. Easy 5 stars and i am a return client for sure.

I am surprised about all the bad reviews. I rate AAA Able a 5-star!!!Customer Service is great! You don't get directed to an answering service that only writes down your info. The person who answers knows all the questions to ask so you wouldn't need to wait for the technician to call you back.Fast. A technician came over same day I called on a weekend. I didn't have to wait for Monday and there were no additional charges for weekend call out.Knowledgeable and nice technicians. The technician knows his stuff and explained everything to me in a manner I would understand. He is very honest in his diagnosis and would tell me straight up if the problem can no longer be fixed.I definitely am a repeat customer. I have called them twice already once on my dryer and another time on my garbage disposal. I could say that I'm truly happy with the service and the charges are reasonable.

Awful. Basically stole my $. Came out, spent less than 15 min looking at my dryer, then told me it was fine and I needed an electrician. I had done some research, and tried to ask about the temperature sensor. The tech just cut me off in mid sentence and told me i needed an electrician. He showed me a low voltage reading on his electrical meter and claimed that proved it.They charged me $75. I some experience with this stuff and as soon as he left retested the exact same contacts with my own meter, and it was perfectly normal. I then tightened afew loose contacts on the temp sensor and the dryer started working again. I called the main number and they refused to give me a refund, and had the tech call me back. The tech insulted me, claimed he never makes mistakes, and that i was not a repair technician and didnt know how to read and electrical meter (My undergraduate degree is in physics, i've used plenty of meters). I invited him to come back and re-check for himself, this was approx 30 min after he had left, but of course, he refused.Total scam. Utterly incompetent. Rude. Dont waste your time or money. Sure, they might promise to come out sooner than anyone else, but they are just going to take your money and leave. If I had followed his poor advise i'd be out the money for an electrician as well.
