I went to the 7-Eleven and was purchasing two slurpees and a pizza to be made there. The man rang me up for $15.98. I paid with my EBT card and the screen had said approved after the transaction. He then said "oh you're paying with ebt?" And he proceeded to change the transaction amount to $10 more. I explained to him that the transaction had already gone through and I was not going to be charged again and he refused to let me take my drinks or food. Also the pin pad had a very fake look to it and I'm not sure if it was real or a scam.

The gas station pumps at this location do not work. I’ve tried multiple pumps and each time, I can put in my credit card info, but no gas flows into my car.

The clerk immediately insisted that I remove my mask. I explained that I have a compromised immune system and wear one because I am at high risk for getting sick from other people in the store. He continued to berate me about it the whole time and then the taquitos I bought not only weren’t as labeled- but were lukewarm at best.

Pros: Gas prices are really low, and I have always received friendly service.CON: A lot small, packaged food/items are sold there, and potentially many customers throw there packaging around the gas station, not always in the trash bins. That plastic packaging gets blown around the neighborhood and can be a real eyesore at times. It would be great if the owners made a bigger effort to clean up around the store.

I had an awful experience I was in there on the 23rd of October and bought a pizza and had them cook it and while they were cooking it I bought a couple drinks I get up the next morning and I have three transactions from 7-Eleven 2 of them are the pizza and drinks the third I don't know what it was for but they charged me 83 dollars now I have to go all the the to talk to them the don't answer the phone

Store is not open 24 hours a day, wish they would stop with the false advertising. 3rd time I've been there n they r closed, n shell station up the street r just plain rude n don't even let you in the door!! Smdh. What's rough with ppl

My favorite 7-eleven in the area. they are all really nice and a lot less sketchy than the one on Delridge and on 16th.
