i wanted to pick up some black and milds for my sister, dude inside took one quick glance at my ID and told me no. like what? im 24, my ID was renewed a few months ago, what do you mean no??? i know he didn't even read anything on it. ive also seen them sell to people without ID before multiple times so i really don't get how they do that then tell me, with an ID, no.
also had an experience in the past where i went in for candy when i was still masking for covid and they made me pull down my mask to buy candy, for some dumb reason i still cant comprehend, why do i need to pull down my mask to buy candy?
yall are crazy bad at your jobs, get an ID scanner if you cant tell a real ID from a fake

Every time I come in here I just get a bad vibe from the the guys at the front. They never look at you and it’s hard to tell if they’re talking to you because they’re always mumbling to themselves. It’s very uncomfortable. Though, there is a woman who has been the cashier a few times and she’s great!

Skimmed my card $2 then $500.
Printed off fake receipt when I went back.
Started recording them showed the the transaction tried giving me cash for refund. Filed police report. They need to stop scamming people.

Came in yesterday for some hot food with my child (10 wings and a hot dog which should have totaled out to $15 max after taxes) . Upon the cashier ringing us up, my total was much higher than it should have been ($24), I was confused but the man working the register was being really rude and aggressive, trying to rush me out. There was a long line forming behind us and I felt really uncomfortable so I figured I would just check the receipt, which he did not give me. Luckily I use my phone number and was able to view my receipt; there were two different $5 charges added to my purchase in addition to my food. Didn’t even feel worth it to go back in and fight them on it as they’re always very rude, disrespectful and aggressive and I had a child with me. Just had to accept I’d been stolen from.
They’re literally adding additional charges and stealing from customers. Looking at the reviews, I see I’m not the only person they’ve done this to.

I walked into this store after working on my car all day to get some food and was accused with in 5 seconds of not having money and then the cashier demanding money from me with hes hand out saying how how am I gonna buy food with out money I have never seen a store with so many bad reviews absolutely disgusting

Cashier was super friendly and cool! Been to a lot of different 711 locations but he really stuck out as one of the best cashier's I've had. Wish I remembered his name but I was there on a Wednesday around 9pm if that helps.

Not friendly and I'm pretty sure there is a restroom. This seems to be a family that owns this and I happened to be across the street at the Boss place looking for a restroom. My kid needed to potty and checked in to try and ask them about using their restroom. First, there are kids here so thought, they would understand. Asked, nope! Every 7-Eleven I have been to growing up, has always allowed restrooms. Customer experience is part of their principle. Not this one, nope! Second, I was going to buy stuff but decided to take business elsewhere.

7-Eleven is awesome this store has been here forever i remember going here ever since I was a little kid , I love this store , God bless 7-Eleven the slurpee's are so good , you can't miss this place when you drive by its right on the main road threw town stop by bring your family & friends #love

Horrible place the staff is consistently rude, especially the male staff when it comes to women customers. They'll refuse to honor app coupons depending on if it's myself or my male partner. They also harass people who use the Amazon lockers to the point where we use the lockers at rite aid. With all the time they spend harassing the customers you think they could use that time to clean the sticky floors, gross machines, or even take out the food that's expired. The 7-Eleven fresh constantly features rotted, mushy fruit. Just avoid the place.
