I honestly don’t think the three people working here ever get much of a break. It’s a 7-11 in every sense of the word and lives up to the expectations of that standard. Maybe things aren’t flawless or perfect like a visit to Neiman Marcus and the employees make mistakes, it’s important to recognize the difference between struggling to do the right thing and simply not caring. This location is struggling and they do care. Someone destroyed their front door, security gate and then robbed them. If I had to work under those conditions, it would be a challenge to keep it together at all and they do a fantastic job. Keep the good work up. I’m thankful for your continued presence here in our neighborhood and not choosing to close shop.

This store on multiple occasions has rung up my items incorrectly on purpose and often tries to skip the screen to use my points for a discount. Plus they have ripped my friend off on lottery returns. Also not open during posted hours and employees are always on the phone when ringing you up. This is by far the worst 7-11 I have ever been to. Watch out as they will try and pull a fast one on you.

Hire new staff. Your employee is stealing by ringing up items at incorrect pricing intentionally. Multiple reviews complaining about this. Ownership needs to take action before this ends up becoming a legal matter.

As other reviews have said the man working here consistently rings up wrong pricing on the items. Its a common issue and its very suspicious.

They try to ring you up for the incorrect price then pretend it’s accidental or they don’t understand when you call them on it. But it’s all the time, so manager is a scammer. Never coming here again after being a daily customer for a year; done with this guy ripping me off.

The manager here is got to be the rudest person I've ever met. Live by here for most of my life and it has to be the worst place to go for smokes, drinks or food. Highly dissatisfied went in on 8/30/2023 at 2:55pm and the staff is a joke

First time seeing 7-11 with closing hours. I just wasted my time gas money to get here thinking it was open like it said it was open 24 hours on google. Wish I could give negative stars!

The beverage machine sells the wrong beverage, the attitude of the staff is bad, the communication is ineffective, this store should close down, too bad, I was eating fruit next to me, I didn’t make it clear, and I just walked aside and ignored people

Not open 24 hours so one star from me as it's just pure laziness that they can accept online orders and whatever else that they can profit from but when it comes to convenience of customers there's not a care in the world which is why not only have they not updated their hours online but there's not even an hours posted on the window of the store they are literally treating their customers as if we should be grateful that's even a store.. won't be returning! Sunday at 6:30 am
