Guy who works here is so rude. Try to give him the benefit of the doubt, but to what end?

I went in just past midnight to get a pizza. The guy behind the counter sold it to me and only after taking my money did he inform me that there was a new policy and he could not heat up pizzas after 11 PM. Clearly this store is owned or managed by an incompetent buffoon, I won't be back. I'll go to a different location where they know the meaning of a "convenience store" from here on out.

If you’re not open just correct your hours cuz this has been ridiculous

Horrendous Experience at 304 North 36th Street 7-11: Unprofessional Staff and Unsafe Environment
My recent visit to the 36th Street 7-11 was nothing short of a nightmare. I attempted to use the new Scan and Go feature to purchase a simple bottle of water. However, what should have been a convenient transaction turned into a harrowing ordeal.
The cashier, who I believe is the owner of the store, displayed utter incompetence and hostility. Despite showing him my digital receipt, he initially refused to acknowledge my payment, causing unnecessary confusion and doubt. Moreover, when I attempted to confirm the transaction details, he outright lied about the address on the receipt, which I later verified through multiple mapping applications.
To make matters worse, after leaving the store with my rightfully purchased product, the same cashier chased me down, brandishing what appeared to be pepper spray or bear mace. This blatant act of aggression is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism and customer service.
Furthermore, this incident is not isolated. On previous visits, I've been subjected to discriminatory treatment regarding my service dog, despite clear identification tags on its vest.
This store's management has repeatedly failed to uphold basic standards of customer service and safety. I urge corporate management to investigate these egregious incidents and take appropriate action to ensure the well-being of customers. It is imperative that measures are taken to address the unprofessional conduct of staff and create a safe environment for all patrons. Until then, I strongly advise against patronizing this particular 7-11 location.

A great location to witness the mediocrity and incompetence of corporate America.
Came for the bring your own cup slurpee promo that 7-11 has been paying so much to advertise.
Guy at the counter looked at me dumbfounded and had no idea what I was talking about... Why spend so much on advertising a promo if you're not even going to have it? Left disappointed, and without making a purchase. They could've had my money and the reduced friction in future business. Can't wait to see the incompetent and mediocre old guard companies die off.

Video circulating online of a situation between 2 employees and a belligerent customer, they handled it decently until they assaulted the man accompanying her, check the video evidence online. They are violent and should be fired for what they did.

Bad customer service, I feel indignant, I went with my daughter and my cousin to buy coffee because it is cold and we are each preparing the coffee and the man started yelling at us that we cannot drink more than 5 milks and there are three of us preparing coffee. How much milk did he want to add to the coffee? I especially don't like dark coffee. I told him that I was going to prepare it to my liking and that I would pay him, but he pushed us out of the store because you couldn't buy anything there and to get us out of the rush he I was left with the money where one prepares the coffee. I mean, he didn't let me drink coffee. He didn't let me pay for it and I had the money left. What a lack of respect because one wanting to buy and the cashier is very rude.

This place is beyond immoral. They charge 4.29 for a regular Gatorade. And 30-40% more on products behind the counter. It’s absolutely ridiculous and predatory. Do not go here unless you want to be completely ripped off. Go a little further down the road to a shell or fred meyer.

Went in with my service animal and was immediately yelled and cursed at. When I said it was a service animal, and it is illegal to refuse service to someone because of their service animal, I was threatened with a can of mace as the cashier started throwing things around behind the counter and yelling at me. I wish I could give less stars.
