I've been living at the Enclave for 4 years now, and while it has undergone change in ownership at least once during that time I'm really happy with current management. Obviously living in Seattle is expensive, but rent increases have been incredibly reasonable (especially during COVID), and management has especially as of late been very communicative about anything residents need to know and insetting up community events.I just renewed my lease for my 5th year and Good News (Bushra) was incredibly kind and helpful in giving me a reminder that my lease was up in a few months, and calling me back to confirm my increase to me in a very timely manner. Very happy to have found this place.

You forgot the first work order I put in leading me to have my storage unit robbed twice, then when you replaced my lock on my storage unit you replaced it with a lock I do not have a key to. You also took 2 months to finish this project and I had to remind you multiple times in person and via the work request portal.

I lived here for 4 years. Property management changed at least yearly with decreasing quality everytime. Meanwhile my rent went up about half a grand. Hallways frequently stink. The garage gate is broken more often than it's not. Usually only a single elevator works. The trash chutes jam or your neighbors leave their garbage on the floor. The build quality is poor inside the units as well with cheap carpeting, pealing laminate countertops, no AC ports, or slider windows for an AC adaptor. Have fun when it's nearly 100 degrees and all you have is casement window. Fire alarms trip constantly. The fire suppression system failed and flooded a unit down the hall from me.The area progressively has gotten sketchier. I walked in on ac couple shooting up in the dog area and sometimes there's random blood on the windows by the entries to the building. This is on top of the numerous car breakins that happened while I was there. I wouldn't care if the rent wasn't so crazy and they didn't bill themselves as a "luxury" apartment.

I have lived here for over two years. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are very responsive to maintenance request and do their best to foster a clean and safe environment.

I lived at the 525 Enclave since early February of 2023. I have a nice studio. The leasing consultant Shawntara was great! She was very professional, patient & understanding of my concerns & questions! She always respectful & says hi when I see her. I recommend her.I also want too shoutout too Jackie & Erika. Jackie is one of the most friendliest people around. I love visiting with her at times & she is helpful & respectful. Erika is helpful as well. I had couple of concerns and she handled it like a pro and is also friendly. Also huge shoutout too Javier/ Modesto. Javier has helped me with minor issues in my unit and is efficient! He is very friendly & every time we see each other in the hall he fist bumps me and asks how I am doing. Same with Modesto. The Enclave is my first ever apartment so I say so far this is a good experience!Only complaint is the fire alarm randomly going off. It went off one day at 5:30am in the morning. Also the door next too the mattress & BECU a lot of homeless/ drug use hang around their some are potty out there. So I day with that is frequent on site patrol inside the building & out. Also the Laundry room community area doesn’t regularly get cleaned and it’s a mess. So I hope we have people everyday making sure all garbage, fuzz and dryers are clean! But overall I love the Management here! I also love seeing Sarah too!

Sarah was so nice and accommodating. I was out of town choosing apartments and she sent me photos of what my apartment would look like besides of showing me the virtual tours. The application process was smooth and I was able to sign all documents virtually. Upon arrival to the unit, everything looked as described and clean. It’s only been one week but so far so good!Update 9 months later: The office encourages tenants to write good reviews upon moving in, that's why there are a few 5 star reviews from people who just moved in and are still happy with the apartments. My lease is over now and the overall experience was ok. I got the apartment in August 2022 - right during summer and right before college year started - so I believe the prices were a little high then. I wouldn't pay $2,000 for an open one bedroom in this area again (price including garage parking but no utilities). I did not have any issues with the apartment unit itself but there are definitely better areas to live in than Northgate. Homeless people always at the entrance of the apartment complex and making scenes at night. The fire alarm was pulled from the parking lot multiple times by homeless people - from what I was told. The fire alarm went off on thanksgiving, christmas and New years around 2am. So there we were all standing outside in the cold for about 1 hour each time until the fire department turned the alarm off. Packages were stolen a few times right from my front door and a few incidents of homeless people in the hallways. Overall the amenities worked, and I used the gym and gaming room a few times. Upon moving out, my security deposit of $300 was not refunded to me because I they charged me $175 for professional carpet cleaning (the contract doesn't state that it was nonrefundable but the office said it was my responsibility to cover the cost even though there was only normal wear and tear use. No damage to the carpet) and also another $150 for professional cleaning of the apartment (the lease also did not state this as non refundable). I requested an invoice from the leasing office to understand why I am being charged such outrageous amounts for a 500sq apartment. Anyway, this place isn't terrible and I had an okay time, but there are nicer places for the same or cheaper price in Seattle.

I have moved in a nice studio at the 525 Enclave at the beginning of February!! The leasing consultants at Thrive communities were nothing but patient, friendly and very point on what exactly I was looking for! Also any questions or concerns I had they handled it with professionalism!! Javier the maintenance guy is probably the most friendly cool guy ever!My only feedback is: you all should have more community engagement events within the Enclave & do fun things that interact more with the residents! My car was stolen on parking garage where is unsafe. Sarah did not replay emails or give any solution about stolen items inside this property lobby and what is the plan for control the crime that is happening around. My car was stolen inside secure parking garage in Enclave 525. They did not check cameras or give any solution. Today my car was founded completely destroy and broken. I would like to mention that two days ago before this happened, I was on her office communicate that someone was trying to open my car and she did not care o take any actions. Apartments are expensive and last time one windows was broken very close to my unit. secondly, fire alarms is on one or two times a week, causes we had to go outside often. Northgate and this area us unsafe and nobody respond for my car yet. lastly, homelessness sometimes are sleeping inside building and hold door when we try to get inside building. According to the news “Seattle crime is out of control” and I can’t wait to leave of here in order to be safe. I am still waiting for answer about who is going to respond for my car that was parking inside this property believe that it was safe. Parking is dirty and very unsafe.

This is the first time ever trying to apply for a unit and it was honestly a very easy experience. All I really had to do was give my information and wait to hear back and I got approved. All with the great help from Jackie, one of the leasing agents here at the Enclave. Jackie made my part in this real simple and supported me as best as she could so I could move in as soon as possible. I was in a stressful situation prior to moving in, so having her help and kindness really brought joy upon my new chapter in life. I can now see myself living here for many years, and telling many of friends I know how awesome and easy it is to live here in such an affordable complex, especially including all of the amenities. -Reina

The Enclave units are nice, however Thrive is a mess of a management company. I begged to have my pet rent and parking removed for the final month I was not living there and that was not done and sent to the billing company for collection. The building smells like trash and Northgate is not a nice area. Not to mention there was a shooting in the building the day I moved out. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, there are more reasonably priced apartments in much better neighborhoods.
