I bought a used macbook last fall. I was super impressed with the ease and clarity of the interface - showed me exactly what I was getting (including any minor scuffs on the computer) and for a great price. I dont know why the average person wouldn't buy used and buy from this place for your computer needs. Saved a bunch of money and laptop is flawless. Would definitely do it again. Also love the ethos of these guys, recycling and re-using !!!!

I have bought from 3R several times and have always been completely satisfied. Their offered equipment is great value and is clearly photographed to expose any external surface defects. This is a great company refurbishing equipment to extend it's life and usefulness. Buy without fear.

The onsite pickup was easy to schedule with just a single email. The driver was efficient, and professional. Hassle free service as always.My total time spent on scheduling and getting pallets off the loading dock could not of been more than 15 minutes.It's almost as easy as ordering a pizza.

Selling verry good products st a good price! Guys loading up product and people on the phone seemed a little hostile and rude all throughout! Lady was verry nice but everyone else I spoked to seemed verry mad for some reason but they have quality electronics for an absurdly cheap price great price not the best staff in my opinion but could have been a bad day.

Large selection, very friendly staff. Dynamic inventory- new items each day. They no longer have a brick and mortar storefront but a ton of items are available online. The new location in Kent is easy to access for electronic recycling.

You want your data destroyed? Take it here. It's as simple as driving up, unloading, watching them pull out hard drives (if that's what you're bringing them) then walking it back and watching them grind it up.

REVIEW AS A PURCHASER - The prices are great, the selection is pretty good, QC has dropped way off in the last 18ish months (maybe Covid or because they moved) Machines that come in need work to make usable/bootable, missing parts or even DOA. Shipping is QUICK and very well done, customer support (after the sale) is very important to me and is suffering. Right now, I am giving it a hold and having my clients buy elsewhere. I will for sure give them another shot when life gets back to "normal" as in the past they were pretty dang good.Update: The last machine I received that motivated this review, more problems,First problem, the battery was bad, 2 minutes (max) on charge, they did not return my two calls on this. I know they don't warrantee the batteries, but in the BIOS it says bad and one would expect more than 2 minutes even for this. We had the machine overnighted as my client needed it right away, and then with no replies I ended up buying battery on Amazon.Second problem, speakers. OK, maybe I should have tested these better before I sent it across the country, but the speakers were shot. Very bad crackle. Not a driver, but the speakers.Third problem, keyboard. Some of the keys stick, again, maybe I should have tested this before shipping of, it did not really show up in my configuration of the machine. Not sure they even should have tested this actually, but still caused a lot of grief (and expense) for my client and myself.

I dropped off at the Kent warehouse, (gets me out of the office). My company requires R2 certification, 3R goes beyond that. I also know they will wipe the drives and log the serial numbers, so that makes my life easier. Good job guys!
