Great gym in Crown Hill / Ballard! I love that you can show up whenever you want and be in and out in just 30min. Women only is a huge plus, and very unique to the area. I’d love to see more gyms like this around the city!

Best gym ever!! I hate working out but I found my place!! Ally is truly amazing and so motivating! Love her! Meg is an awesome trainer as well - incredibly helpful! DeWayne the owner is extremely fun and is always showingn me different techniques!! I cannot say for enough how grateful I am to find such a great place!
