My move-in experience with Ryan was great. I've checkout a couple apartments at 2900 (because the first one was gone) and Ryan was very accommodating with my schedule. He even stayed late to help me tour an apartment on my request. Ryan had all the patience to answer my questions. He is someone that anyone would want to work with during their new apartment search.I am having a great experience so far. Good location, apartments, management and people so far. I will update this review if I find any negatives about any of these. Otherwise, I will leave this review as it is.

I have been staying at this apartment since 2 years, it’s been really great. The management has been really helpful to address issues whenever we need help, the place is well-maintained and clean. Also I enjoy going to gym which is very well maintained. Thank you Ryan and team for making this apartment better place to live.

Althea, Ryan, and Ni have been very helpful and made our move-in as smooth as possible.Shout-out to all of them for the warm welcome. Ryan was very supportive as we were moving site unseen and he shared with us a lot of details to make our move seamless. He even offered to assist us on his day off if we ran into to trouble. Althea was great from the start helping us with our application and answering all our questions. We also really appreciate Ni and his promptness to getting things fixed.The apartment is just a few minutes to the Olympic Sculpture Park, Waterfront, and the Space Needle. The bus areas are located nearby and there many restaurants and bars just a short walk away. We've been enjoying our balcony and being able to dine outside with the views of the city. We are excited for our stay here!

We moved into this apartment last week and everyday has been great so far. 2900 on First is like a little oasis amidst the hustle bustle of the city. You can enjoy peace and quiet amongst the lush green courtyard and still be in the city as soon as you step out of the building. It's central location makes it situated within 30 mins walk from all the everyday necessities (e.g., groceries, bus stops, cafes, restaurants), so no more worrying about having to drive everywhere. Overall, the first impression of this place has been excellent.A special shout out to Ryan from the leasing office. He made the entire process of moving to this place absolutely seamless. Starting from graciously accommodating our last minute request of a virtual tour, to making sure we have our parking ticket and a moving cart handy to move our boxes even though we reached after office hours, he has been a great help. Working with Ryan has been an absolute pleasure and we look forward to our stay here.

Amazing building. Love the staff, Ryan was incredibly helpful with the tours and leasing process. Great location for the apartment, everything Elliot Bay is a short walk away and still quiet at night.The apartment building itself is very well maintained, everything from the gym, the courtyard to the package delivery and parking systems, work seamlessly.The need for driving has so far been eliminated for me because this is within walking distance from almost everything I would need like groceries, restaurants, movie theater, space needle, lake union, etc, are all within a 20-30 minute walk maximum.Looking forward to my year in Seattle at 2900 on First. ?

The property itself has multiple issues including every single elevator failing in a 12-month period, sometimes for over a month before being repaired.Management billed me the wrong amount for over 6 months including charges for "services" that did not exist. I followed up with management multiple times PER MONTH and was either ignored, or told things would be fixed and they never were. The issue was never resolved prior to me moving out.I've now been moved out for 2 months and I still haven't received my security deposit, which is ILLEGAL.Management seems to be great at getting people who just moved in to leave 5-star reviews. Don't fall for it, just look at all the 1-star reviews from people who have actually lived here.

it's a disaster. Please anyone reading this take of a note of it.As soon as management changed everything fell apart, this is quite evident from the decrease in rating. When I leased the apartment rating was 4.4.The management won't respond to you, will be super nice to you on face but as soon as you sign that lease be prepared to get the worst experience ever.Elevators stopped working for almost 3 months before they could fix it. It stopped working again after.They have held deposits which is usually 1 month rent. I am yet to get my refund back it's been 2 months already. I call them everyday, drop message, email them but nothing in response.please don't waste your hard earned money on this community. I do not write reviews and never give low ratings, but this one surely deserves it. Scam!

I have lived in a cushwake property before, I faced the usual maintenance issues in the previous property and even on this property with the building elevators breaking down, hallways having a weird odor, rent portal having issues, mail room clogging with packages. I have been very patient with all issues and try to work around it. I do want to mention that Ryan and Ni are very responsive and helpful and try their best to make sure residents have a good experience. I understand the management change has its transition period and can be tricky but I’m here to highlight the lack of service and follow through on referral bonuses promised by the company time and again. They promise a referral bonus and then fail to deliver on it. For the rent you pay you aren’t getting the level of service you would expect and neither should the property make any promises if they are unable to follow through. I’m very disappointed in my experience and I will not be leasing let alone referring anyone to a cushwake property again .

This was our first home after moving across the country to Seattle and we could not have been more pleased. Ryan and Ni were both incredibly helpful and responsive when we needed assistance. Would recommend to anyone interested in moving to the Belltown area!

I lived here with my husband and small dog for 1.5 years and had a great experience! The property got acquired towards the last half of our lease and the team there is so sweet, reliable and diligent. We've had a great experience, particularly with Ryan, Althea and Ni(maintenance). They treat the community like family and are quick to help when they can. We all know there are things that happen at large properties that are of no fault to the management team...buildings get older and residents take it out on great people like the 2900 team when it's not their fault! They always handle things with grace and kindness. They host amazing monthly resident events, take care of the amenities and are quick to fix work orders. Ryan in particular has gone above and beyond for this property and it shows. He puts his whole heart into it and although we moved (needed to be closer to work) we will miss this place but mainly the staff A TON!! They are doing ongoing improvements like repainting and replacing the dog park...if you're looking for a great building with amazing people and views from almost every building, I recommend it!! Thanks for giving us our first home in Seattle, 2900!!

I have been living here for about a year now and I can’t say enough great things about Ryan and Ni! They do their absolute best to make sure the community runs smoothly and looks up to par. They are also very respondent to my needs. My lease is coming up for renewal and I’m definitely extending my stay. Thank you Ryan and Ni for all you do to make this community a great place! :)
