The hours for this gym are just bizarre. Closing at 8:00 p.m. is just way too early. For Pete sakes

Monday, 03/04/2024 this woman lied to me about the parking, I was working out in the Kent location, so I decided to move from Kent to Downtown Seattle. I knew in downtown 24 hours gym they don’t have parking there, so I canceled my membership in Kent location. So when I moved to downtown I thought let me check it out with 24 hours gym to make sure if there is any possibility of parking, so this woman the one you can see in the picture she told me that we do have a parking garage which is free after 05:00pm. So I thought if that’s possible I would like to reinstate my membership, she said yes and confirmed it. So she reinstated my membership as I asked her, so the next day I come in to the parking garage and parked it, on my way out the parking machine charged me $17 for one hour work out, anyway I thought I would come back tomorrow to check with front desk, when I asked from this woman about the parking, So she said ohh the parking is closing after 06:00pm nobody can get in there. And she refused. She never told me about the parking situation that they closing the gate after 06:00pm. And she had attitude and very rude, so I cancelled my membership again. Because of being rude and lied about the parking.

Great gym for the price. It has a good selection of equipment and facilities. The only thing to nitpick on is that it occasionally could be cleaner and better air in the lower floor, and longer opening hours. But overall great value for the price.

Pretty abysmal gym. So many machines are broken and old and there is no evidence of any effort to maintain anything, a clear indicator being the air filters in the basement. (Picture). I'd imagine a lot of people get sick after visiting this place.

Vile facility. Counted the flies in the pool area one day, there were 97. Have had my membership for around a year, they don't vacuum the pool. How do I know? The same pile of dead flies hasn't moved an inch. One time there was a bandaid in the pool for 3 straight days. Gross.

I have been coming here since 2018. It used to be a great gym even with it not being 24 hours (which is due to Seattle law and not the management). I came in yesterday, the place has gone down hill so bad. Multiple pieces of equipment are now broken, including the bench seats for two of the incline benches. Multiple pins for the machines are completely gone. The guy at the front with cornrows is the rudest person i have ever met working in a gym. He was sitting with his friends last night for at least an hour and a half just talking while he was supposed to be working. He was the only person in the gym working and he just had his back turned to anyone coming in. Even when my card wouldn't work he just smirked at me and kept talking to his friends. This place used to be great and i don't know what has happened, its literally dirty everywhere from the machines to the weights to even the lockers. Like how can weight be dirty? I have never been in a place like this.

Right as cold/flu/COVID season was upon us, management decided to issue a giant "F you" to the health and safety of their club members by removing the majority paper towel dispenser stations, including the sanitizing spray and trash cans. These were not broken dispensers that they just haven't replaced, but fully functional dispensers that were just flat out removed, so I cancelled my membership. If the remaining dispensers happen to even be stocked during your visit, have fun wading through the newly created choke points to get to them!Be aware that you may have prepaid multiple months! I was on a no commitment, month-to-month membership, but when I cancelled, I learned that I still had 3 months of gym access left, with no way to get a refund.Really looking forward to Aaron's copy/pasted corpospeak non-response response. ?

Personally, I only come for cycling and running in the not so warm months so pretty often lately. I'm driving out to the other 24-hour fitness now instead of this one thats 2 blocks away. Depending on who's at the front desk, they won't let you use the cycle room, which is weird theres no steady policy on that. I never have had any problems until a guy at the front desk had a mini power trip about it, and let me know it was completely up to him to unlock it or not. This dude rounded a corner pretended like he talked to a manager and came back...there's mirrors I see you didn't talk to anyone. I hate being treated like that. My big thing is how you speak to someone else and I'm over being looked down on. All i wanted to do was get in my 13 miles and go home. If it wasn't for me having already renewed, I'd cancel and never look back.

Has all the basics. Figure out the right time to go and you have free reign on the equipment. If you go before 9 am or between 4:30-7, it's gonna be busy, but there is still a good amount of room to workout. Management there is friendly while the other employees usually zone out. I've been to other ones in the US and I like this one and the one in Northgate more.

Over the last 3 months,-half the trash cans and paper towels removed, causing people to stop wiping equipment after use-multiple pins missing from some machines, rendering them unusable-handles missing from machines that have them-the machines with handles having cables that are tangled or otherwise catching on something.None of these issues have been getting fixed.I brought this up to a manager, requested and received a refund. I then asked to be notified when maintenance has been completed as i enjoyed the gym until recently. The manager then proceeded to tell me that I was unwelcome and that they had enough members. I don't know what I did, but apparently requesting the equipment that I paid to use is going too far for this manager. I would recommend this gym if they had management that cared about having a working product

The staff is overall friendly. The actual gym needs saving. If you are looking for dust, you’ve come to the right place. I would bet the machines are wiped down by the staff once to twice a year. The locker rooms need to be better monitored as there’s water everywhere and lots of smells.

Be aware, Very unsafe, had my wife's locker broken into and had her car stolen and the people who work there did not give much attention to the situation, as if this was a normal occurrence in this gym. Not only did they break into the women's lockers but also the men's in the same day. It's affordable and the amenities are nice but will not be returningTheir Customer service is not too good except for a young lady who always helpsBut the manager isn't very helpfulIs there an email address authorities can message you to request video and information regarding the theft?

Employees are friendly, and so is the GM. But the cell coverage is absolutely terrible and now the wi fi rarely works so best to download your media before using the basement or the upstairs class room. They also started to buy these half mats instead of ones that your whole body can use, so you need to put 2 of them together and hope they slide apart minimally. The regular ones are rare to find anymore. The energy here is good to workout to and it does the job. Yes I understand you are paying a low amount to use the club but it'd be nice to have a decent water fountain and full sized mats and at least restart the network router once in a while as it has drastically gone to barely working. They also removed the paper towels in the restroom and have very low flow air hand dryers which you may as well blow on your hands to dry off.

I paid for the entire year upfront, which breaks down to $.83 a day, including tax. The bathrooms were extremely clean. I like the culture in this gym and it has three floors. The top floor has a studio filled with mirrors, which always seems to be empty, and is great as a posing room for bodybuilders. This gym does have a pool and a hot tub, as well as lockers on every one of the 3 floors. The range of equipment is expansive and I am very happy that they have some older equipment you don’t see often in gyms these Days. They have a supplement “gift shop” as well as the widest range of refrigerated ready to drink pre-workout, and protein shakes I have ever seen in a gym.
