I've been going to this club for around 10+ years. Decent equipment; responsive staff; friendly members. It's still figuring out how to ramp back up post shut down. But I'm still able to get the workout I want and need. Would love to see 24 Hour Fitness put some money in for better cleaning and servicing of equipment.

Not for anyone over 35 but I knew that going in-my bad.Stars are for yoga which is Top notch! 24 Northgate has next to no -ventilation sweaty boy smell is predominant in weight training area—and you could gag for real I joined to lift/nautilus . The stair s on stair climbers have maybe never been cleaned. I’ve gone at multiple times of day-staff are sweeping rare is a wipe down going on here -it’s gross! when my year is up -I’m gone-until then fanny pack with sanitizer and masked! The Staff is friendly-but seriously front house is staring at phones when u walk in- Seriously?

They tried to force me to leave a positive review BEFORE being allowed to attend a complimentary yoga class. That’s like a restaurant forcing you to leave a review before you can eat your food. No wonder this place has such crummy reviews. Stay away.

Nice location. It’s really nice that staff are familiar with my face. Always greet me when I come in. Showers are nice. Go before rush hour because it’s packed. It won’t always be clean and that’s something that will never be achieved and it’s no one’s fault.

The manager is the best.

TERRIBLE ENVIRONMENT....Ive noticed recently that the "manager" has been bringing a puppy along to the gym..( im only saying "manager" bc as a former manager i know an respect peoples differences. Opposed to being allergic to dogs or being uncomfortable with such animals) seems very unprofessional as a business

Earlier today I called thinking this was a gym in my area but it was actually in the states. I went along and asking all the questions over the phone but I did not know that it was in the states so after I finished my conversation with Clyde (the lovely man who help me out) I realized that it was in Seattle.Overall the customer service of the gym is phenomenal. If I lived in the area I would 100% go to this gym.Thank you Clyde the best worker at this rookety old gym.(If you’re seeing make sure to give Clyde a raise he is a brilliant young man who has a great future ahead of him.) you are truly an amazing person and you made my day shine is one of the people who make the world better by his acts of kindness and compassion to work hard and to be able to help others. Thanks you Clyde!!?????????(My daughter Stacey drew a beautiful breathtaking picture of Clyde.) ??⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wish i could give a 0 !!! Used to be favorite gym. Ive noticed a whole lot of new hires , some are nice others are not. I asked the girl with silver hair to check me in an she rolled her eyes an ignored me i stood there for bit while she went back to her phone i in fact did leave an cancel my membership after this experience. I hope you guys find better staff to be up at front end who will actaully be helpful an greet all people. This woman needs to be put in the background!!! Or even on cleaning duty somewhere where she is not interacting with members...

They reallllly need to get in there and DEEP clean the dumbbells with some disinfectant cleaning solution. Every time I use their dumbbells my hands reek like rotting flesh for hours :(. Otherwise great.

Normal gym with plenty of equipment/machines. Place is a bit dirty, machines are covered in sweat droplets. They keep the heat VERY hot which makes it extremely uncomfortable to workout. Have thought of switching gyms for the heat alone.

Has what you need. I just have stuff I prefer they have: towels, pvc pipes, ladders, and rehab like equipment. It is a good/above average gym.

Although the gym does have all the equipment and facilities that I need and the staff is nice, I am about to drop my membership here because of one reason: the women's locker room is absolutely disgusting. It's completely filthy and today it looked worse than I've ever seen it. Hair, grime, bobby pins, dust bunnies, paper towel scraps literally all over the floor. Every flat surface is gross and has a layer of grime. It's too bad because the rest of the gym is decently clean. I'm not a clean freak or anything, but this is so appalling that I can't take it anymore. I was already on the fence about renewing because of the consistent filth, but after seeing it today, I am too grossed out to be here anymore. They need to hire a new cleaning person or have them come wayyyy more often. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks.

I would give 5 provided staff take care of the facilities better from keeping locker rooms and washrooms clean to keeping athletes who are training with inappropriate attire from training or entering the facilities. I also feel that workout areas with barbells and platforms be better maintained such as barbell dampened areas have significant dips in them resulting in potential injuries for the user.
