They do not have vans that a wheelchair user can drive. No transfer seats and no hand controls!!! Useless for independent travelers. You have to have a chauffer to drive you. What's the point????? If I can't drive it, it's NOT ACCESSIBLE!!!

In a word excellent! This was our first time using wheelers, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Getting the car was simple and returning the car was even more easy. The car itself worked out perfectly to same car we have ourselves. I highly recommend using wheelers to anyone in need as we will be using them in the future!!

AMAZING!!! We needed to find a last minute rental for the same day and they were SO SO easy to work with and extremely accommodating! Was our first experience with independent transportation since my best friend’s ALS has now confined her to a wheelchair. The entire process was so smooth…the reservation process, pick up, drop off and their customers service was outstanding! The van was clean, everything in good working order and very user friendly! We will ABSOLUTELY be using them again in the future!! I can’t recommend them enough!!!Thank you so very much for everything! We were able to continue making memories together with all our friends and for that, there just aren’t words to express our sincerest appreciation and gratitude for the incredible experience in renting from Wheelers!!A BIG shout out and THANK YOU to Michelle!! She was phenomenal to work with and was just overall fantastic!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM WHEELERSHad a great long term rental with Wheelers last year. So we decided to use them again. WHAT A MISTAKE!!!The van we rented had a malfunction with the ramp and we were unable to continue using it safely. I had to return the rental early (more than a week early) and there was no replacement available to use. Because of this I requested a credit for a future rental as this was an unforeseen malfunction that made the vehicle unsafe for passengers.Since returning the van 6 weeks ago I have called and emailed the team and supervisor (Heather) requesting an updated invoice to show actual rental time and credit for future rental.All of my calls and emails have been ignored.DO NOT RENT FROM WHEELERS.

The ability to rent a mobility van outside of normal business hours is what I needed and on the front side Wheeler seemed to fit the bill. For that I probably should rate them 2 stars, but the complete lack of customer service after picking up the van earns them one star.We selected the SEA TAC drop off as we traveled in for a funeral. Arriving at the van parking spot we called as instructed, but remote unlock failed to work so that took a few minutes to sort out but we eventually got there. What I can't understand is who would drop off a mobility van with a ramp, then park it in such a manner that the ramp is not usable. This is when we figured out this van was a mechanical ramp, not an automatic which isn't a huge issue, just another thing that wasn't communicated.Started the van and the check engine light is illuminated, so called back to see what the company wanted me to do, no answer. Having no other options I had to make the decision to drive the van as is. No more than 100 yards through the parking lot, the brake light illuminated. Tried calling again using the roadside assistance number, no answer there either. I was able to troubleshoot the light to the van being low on brake fluid and self corrected the issue.At the funeral was the first time having to park on a non level surface, that's when we discovered the door for the ramp would not latch open, so one person had to hold the door open while the other deployed the ramp, unloaded/loaded the wheelchair then stowed the ramp. I thought moving the van to an uphill spot was a great idea, use gravity to hold the door, well when gravity let the door slide open, it came out of the track, so once again I'm fixing a product I'm paying for.All the while, Wheeler made Zero attempts to return our messages. I hope no one else has to have these sort of issues with their travels, but using Wheeler Accessible Van Rentals will not be in my future.

This was a first time rental for me and I was expecting to do business with someone. But I got to where my van was, called the number...was checked out via phone and on the road within minutes. Make sure you read and biew everything prior to go getting the van. TY

Great service, great van once you find them. You will NEED your cellphone with you as everyone you talk to is in AZ. Here is what you need to know about Seatac that THEY don’t know: They will tell you the address is "Premier garage" - It is Wally Park. Where are the vans? Walk in any entrance head for the back, about middle - the vans are parked ON the ramp up to 2nd level. To get out you must go thru a toll booth. It was unattended, after trying "help" and "talk to help" options about 5 times the gate magically opened. Turning in the van the booth was manned and they recognized the van and let me in.

This was a terrific option for an emergent family need. The staff on the phone was very helpful. I was grateful for this service and would use again and recommend to those needing a van that can accommodate a wheelchair.

This was really a confusing experience that turned out ok in the end. Their website needs to be streamlined as the instructions are fractured all over the place. The customer representative Rhonda was a big help, made the whole transaction better by answering questions that I had. The other Male employee...wouldn't give out his name and kept on hanging up on me, that was a disappointment. Can I recommend this company? Am not sure yet. Depends if you like receiving instructions on the phone because no actual person is available to hand you the key. Otherwise, it's a limited field that provides wheelchair accessible Vans for rent.
