These folks here have helped me multiple times and are great at the service they provide. The reviews do not show how hard they work and how much they deal with each day. They may not be the warmest face but the service is great and they're nice.

I have no problems with their service. I usually just go inside to drop off mail as the Riverton Heights outdoor blue box kept getting vandalized. The Burien outside blue box is available 24/7 as it is behind a chainlink fence, but accessible via car on the driver's side. Burien also has a package kiosk that is convenient for me to use on my way to work before they are open for business. When I do go to the counter I always have wonderful service.

Cindy is rude. She thought I skipped a woman in line, so instead of helping me she had me “wait for the post master”. And then, after helping the woman, she was mysteriously available. For absolutely no reason. Hey CINDY, maybe next time pay attention! That woman told both of us we could go around her. Don’t try to hand out fairness or you might get some balance in your face.

Had a PO Box here for years and out of the blue with no communication they started refusing my mail. Only noticed after months of nothing showing up.
