“My experience was 5-star from beginning to end. I reserved a sedan in advance of my trip (to SeaTac). The young lady that helped me was professional and patient with me, as I forgot to bring proof of insurance. That was easily resolved with a call to my insurance agent.
Make sure to follow the directions in their text mssg as to how to get to and from their office from baggage claim. As another has said, do not take car rental shuttle bus.
I returned the rental on 7/3 and the $250.00 deposit was credited back to my cc on 7/8. Considering their hours and 4th of July, I think that was reasonable.
Also the gentleman that seemed to be the owner/manager was friendly and patient as well.
If I could give them 10 stars I would.

The parking lot, halls, and storage units are very clean. It looks like they must clean the halls pretty frequently. The indoor parking lot for loading and unloading feels very secure with a code to get into the building as well as the elevator. There are well-maintained carts for bringing things to and from the storage units. The elevators operate smoothly and quickly.

“My wife and I needed somewhere to keep our stuff while house hunting. We originally chose this place because the units were accessible until 11PM every night and the only free time I had during the move was late in the evening. Every time I was able to drop boxes off after dinner or grab something out of a box before bed, I was thankful that we did.
Also, every time I needed to talk to the staff, from move in to move out, they were exceptionally pleasant and easy to work with. Overall, they made keeping our stuff stored safely the least stressful part of a relatively stressful move and for that I will always be grateful.”
“We rented a truck for 2 weeks, this was for a trip to a family reunion. My brother rented a vehicle as well. Both of us had an amazing experience with the staff of Enterprise at this location. Amanda, Tatsumi and Brandon were fantastic at making sure we had everything we needed, answered all of our questions, addressed the one concern that came up in a fair way and just made sure overall this went great. I highly recommend this location and the staff there!”

Great examples of some young kids with there head on there shoulders and incredibly intelligent Caden never fails to leave me and my team with excellent customer service in a quick and timely manner he’s very well spoken and respectful was definitely raised right ! , and Lola is fairly new so we haven’t had a lot of interaction with her yet but every interaction has been nothing but pleasant and absolutely positive! I originally went in uhaul site since they use to be affiliated with them but that was when they were First Ave Storage now they are now CubeSmart Storage. They were able to help me right away today and and got move in on my lunch break so it was awesome experience and again very helpful in my time of need. “Larry saved the day for us! Reservation was made to pick up at one of the Home Depot locations and everything went sideways. Then came Larry who made everything right. He arranged for us to pick up at his location, had everything ready and inspected before we arrived. Super friendly and upbeat and super knowledgeable. We were so happy with his service that we reserved a second truck specifically through this location the next weekend. Larry you’re the best!”
“Pick up and drop off went smoothly. There was a problem with the odometer reading on the paperwork compared to the vehicle reading. I called as soon as I realized there was a problem and they were quick to correct it. I appreciated the good customer service.”

“Karla is an absolute superstar! Today i rented a truck from this location. My time for pickup was towards the end of the store's hours and i was running behind schedule. When i walked up, staff was leaving and had already locked up for the night. Karla saw me walk up to the door and answered with a smile asking for what I needed. She swiftly invited me in to help me out. She was kind, professional and efficient. It seems rare to see someone go over the top to help someone like this and Karla's demeanor was extremely refreshing. I will be sure to use this location for all moving needs from now on!”

“Rented a 10 ft truck for several hours on 5/17/25. Straightforward service, nice staff, no issues. Note that they do not have parking on site if you need to leave your car behind but there's plenty of street parking around. Only mentioning it in case it's important to someone. Will definitely use them again if needed. Thank you.
Edit to add that the gas caps do not lock as it was also mentioned in another review. Again, not an issue for our use, but may be important to someone needing to leave the truck unattended. We took photos and video of the truck, mileage, and gas gauge before we left the lot as we do with any rental.”

“It was quick and easy to walk in off the street with no kind of reservation and rent a 10 foot U-Haul truck for the majority of the day. I needed the truck to go from Kent to shoreline and there was no problem. There was no problem getting all the questions I had answered right there on the spot. They had several U-Haul trucks in stock,so told them approximately how far I needed to go and they told me how much it would cost per mileage,which was $1.50/mile plus $19.95 to rent the truck for the day. I just had to have the truck back by 4:30pm to the place I rented it,with at least a quarter tank of gas in it. Which is what I got it with.
So I rented the truck about 10:30am and had it back by 4:45pm that day with the same quarter tank of gas in it when I left. I did go over the 75 miles i said I was going to go by 15 miles,so it cost me another $15 more than expected,but at the end of the day. I was happy and would rent the U-Haul truck again. There were also 2 dogs in the premises. They were both really cool animals and the bug mix just wanted his ball thrown for him several times while I was there. Which btw i was more than willing to throw the ball for the dogs”
