I received the confirmation email, but there was no barcode to scan to get in the gate. A gentleman ran over and tried helping find the barcode. He just ended up opening the gate for me. Shuttle was already there waiting on me. Everybody was nice and respectful. I parked for 9 days roughly.I would use this lot again. Overall, it was a good experience.

Great experience when I got there. The bus driver was there before I could even text. He was friendly. Then when we got back at 11:30pm the driver picked us up blaring his music. Didn't speak at all and slammed on the breaks when he passed our car. Just rude. Didn't offer to help with bags at all. Then I couldn't figure out how to get out of parking lot. Drove around and couldn't get out. Finally the same driver was like back up and opened the gate. So if he wouldn't have been around how would I have gotten out? How long would it have taken??

Horrible experience. Website says shuttle averages 10-12 minutes. Once parked - you text them for pickup and shuttle to terminal. Sent the text and got a reply that shuttle would take 15-20 minutes.
Actual time to get a pickup from the shuttle. 40 minutes.
Choose another lot.

We waited 30 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up. We had to call twice, pretty sure they didn’t do anything the first time.. We saw at least 6 Masterpark shuttles to pass by during the same time, all other lots had sent shuttles. Very frustrating. Will never park here again.

Very slow shuttle. They say you'll wait 15-20 minutes, but don't tell you that until you are inside the gates. When I called to ask if it really would be that long (I was looking at several parked and empty shuttles), the customer service agent was unbelievably rude. Will not park here again.

Arrived back at the car at 11 PM to a dead battery (my fault, I left a dome light on for a week) Staff were kind, knowledgeable, courteous and best of all fully prepared for such a situation, getting us into the vehicle charged up and on the road in under 30 min. Standing in the cold and dark after a long flight with no idea even how to get the emergency key out of the fob I was truly thankful for such great service.

Cheapest one I could find on short ish notice. Shuttle was reliable they say 15 min but I was picked up in less than 10 both ways and it's super close to the airport. I came back to a car that seemed to be untampered with, so what more can you ask for.

Horrible parking company Do Not Use! I had a prepaid reservation and when I arrived at the lot prior to my flight I find this sign blocking the parking lot entrance. PARKING LOT FULL, request a refund. When I call the phone number no one answers the phone! How do I process and get my 2 weeks of prepaid parking refunded??

Slow service. Waited over 15 minutes for shuttle. Front desk was rude when I called for pick up. He said I needed to follow the directions and text my information for a pickup. If they want that then they need to include that on their reservation instructions (I used Way). I could have walked to the airport faster than using them.This was my 2nd time parking here and will be my last.

Secure gated lot as advertised. The entrance is easy to confuse with MVP Airport Parking which is next door (this is where you check out after your reservation ends). Both lots are run out of the same office apparently. The turn for this lot is connected to the gas station parking lot on the corner. The same staff member both Friday 11/24/2023 around noon and Saturday afternoon 11/25/2023 seemed extremely inconvenienced by, first, me accidentally checking in at the wrong lot, and second, my calling to ask questions about the check out, as the signage on the checkout process in the parking lot was rather misleading (signs point to an exit booth that is unmanned, with cones and a bus blocking the exit). You keep your QR codes and go next door to MVP Airport Parking to check out.I felt my car was secure enough, but I wouldn’t count on friendly service.

Price was ok for last minute. Getting to the airport was pretty quick. Getting picked up however, not good. Did as they said and text my location. I received a response stating 15-29 minutes. 28 minutes went by, I sent another text, no response. I then called and the guy was so rude, not helpful at all, said he didn’t know what to tell me and cut me off.
