Reserved a convertible and they didn’t have one available when we arrived. Not able to give a partial refund for the car issues and the cost was $200 more than the original booking fee after “airport fees” and other fees. Can’t find a customer service number on their website. Can’t leave reviews on their sight. Feeling like I got taken advantage of.

When I arrived in SEA airport and approached the line at around 9:10am, the line was a *bit* long.
Fortunately, after it was stuck for a bit, the line started to move more quickly. It seemed the staff was doing all they can to move the line forward.
The person I spoke to, (Lee) to get my car, apologized for the wait time and was courteous from the beginning. They also upgraded my standard midsize sedan for a BMW SUV! I'm quite happy with the purchase.
One thing I will point out though...there are some tricky "sales tactics" they use to get you to buy more. Things like them filling the gas for you at end of trip, and collision damage...they may even "slip" it past you, and you may pay for it if you're not careful. So be aware of that and you'll be good.

Don't usually leave reviews but felt compelled to here. I usually use Avis as I have status through my credit card but they were out of vehicles for my dates. So I used Sixt. And it was great! I got a free upgraded car and check in / pick up / drop off were all incredibly smooth and painless. Highly recommend!

This place is the biggest rip off and scam rental ever. I had prepaid for a jetta and when I went to pick it up the guy, Tommy said I have a better deal for you that will cost you less. Again, I said, I had already paid for my car. He assured me it would cost less. Now, what I had prepaid was 384. What they charged EXTRA was 322. So, over 700. When I called them the guy,( Romeo) he offered me a 75 dollar voucher. You have to be stupid if you think I'd ever use this company again. You rip people off. Never in 100 years would I have agreed to a upgrade for that. I get he probably got a commission off that but for God sakes be honest up front and let the person decide if they have the funds for the " upgrade". I promise you I will tell everyone how awful this place is. Shame on you for scamming people. Stay clear of this place.

Once again, an outstanding experience. We had to exchange the initial car the following day because of transmission problems, yet the professionalism and efficiency from the customer service representative when I called and at the center when we returned were exceptional. The process took less than 10 minutes! The replacement vehicle was in superb condition, and the slight hassle of the exchange was greatly outweighed by the excellent customer service. I recommend Sixt to everyone I know; they are, without a doubt, the best car rental company around!

We booked a BMW x3 through check24/Auto Europe/Sixt. We were served in a very friendly manner by a young man on site and were told that unfortunately the category we had booked was not available, but of course they would give us a free upgrade to a BMW X5. We were then given a small folder with information about where the car was, etc. There was no rental agreement. We had already received it in advance when booking.
When we were back in Germany, the amount for the upgrade was debited. Auto Europe takes no notice of this and refuses to provide a refund. We feel cheated. Too bad.

I’m convinced Sixt never has the car you book… in the best way possible! I was offered a free upgrade at the counter. The staff, from the counter to the key pickup, was friendly and efficient. There was nearly no wait to get my rental. My colleague who rented from a different company waited nearly an hour to pick up their car following the holiday weekend.
I always get car rentals from this Sixt now. I’ve used this rental company in SF with a similar, stellar experience. The quality of service and cleanliness of the cars feels premium for the price.

Laura checked me in and provided great service while picking up. It was the returning the car that gives this an overall 3 star. I returned my car and received a return check sheet stating no new damages and all that jazz to clear me. But no, I have been waiting on my final invoice counting 5 days now and apparently my car return is 4 days late which isn’t true. Make sure you take pictures of when you return the car back into the lot and you handing the keys to the employee receiving the keys so you have proof.

Only place that had last minute car rental. They were packed however their lines moved fast. Easy in and easy out. Would for sure recommend and come back to get my rental car!

My service agent was Tommy and he was so helpful and nice! This was my first time in Seattle and he took some extra time to go over some must things to do while I was visiting the city. There were also no more compact cars available so I got a free upgrade to a Jeep. He then directed me to the car lot where I was helped by Idris/Edris. He was also super helpful and nice. I booked my reservation through Expedia and I could not complete my car inspection due to having an invalid reservation number. Idris/Edris helped me with the entire task and even found some small scratches that I would have missed by using his flashlight. The customer service was out of this world. This was my first time booking with Sixt and will not be my last!
