I don't know why they post their hours. It's happened multiple times where you go there when they are supposed to be open just to find out they are closed. So annoying. Unreliable.

I would give them 5 stars if they were actually open when they say they are. The customer service is phenomenal here but I'm sitting here at 10:30am when they're supposed to be open and this has happened multiple times to me. If they don't open till later, they should change their hours and stop advertising that they're open. Other than that issue, 10/10 recommend this shop. I have always felt like the staff helps find me what I need.

Guy had great customer service skills, very friendly sold me a torch and gave me free canister of butane and asked me to hook them up on Yelp..sure no problem, didn't really care what the store front looks like as long as a get what I needed... the torch i was sold for $15. Stopped working 12 hours after i bought it ... taking it back later today On a side note: the "new" torch the guy at counter replaced it with stopped working after 2 hours.. again i took it back dude refused to replace it that does it this went from 5 Star to 1 star dont waste your time with this place ... horrible service and crummy products

Every time I stop in here the employees are really helpful. This last time in Ace helped me pick out the best strain of kratom that would fit my ailments. Having been opiate dependent for many years it's very important I find good quality kratom to keep that devil at bay. Thanks seatac smoke shop!

I had a great experience when I went to SeaTac Smoke Shop. The guy that helped me was very polite and courteous and he went over and beyond to get me smoking. I will definitely be spending more money here.

Maybe update your hours for those who have to take lunch and come to your store and don't have time to waste. Or maybe even leave a sign about when you'll be back if your on break, nope...was about to buy a new mod but hey you win some you lose some...sales that is.

The biggest issue is unless you spend at least 10$ using a debit or credit card, you are charged an additional $.50. They aren't open 24 hours either and selection from drinks to e cigarette products are slim or shotty at best. Just go to the gas station down the street like 50 feet for better everything and you don't get scammed
