“I am so glad we booked the Dizzybus to come to my daughters birthday! She bus arrived promptly at the scheduled time and the kids all screamed, "THE BUS IS HERE!!!!". There were kids ranging from 2-10 years old at our party and there was plenty for all the kids to do. It was adorable to see the kids show off their gold medals at the end. “We moved to Washington from Hawaii in 2022 while I was 20 weeks pregnant with my third child. The first preschool that we chose for our then 3 year old was not a pleasant experience. I learned that I had to do more of my own due diligence before choosing the next school.Let me just say that I really felt like we struck gold with Pixie Hill. I am VERY grateful for the wonderful teachers (Ms Ashley, Ms Rebecca and Ms Bailey) at Pixie. It is because of them that my son has had such an enjoyable experience this last year. He asks us every day at pick up if he can stay at school longer, and even on the weekends - he looks forward to Mondays (cant say I feel the same haha).One thing that really sold me before we ever got to visit the school was the large back yard/play area, and knowing that the kiddos would be spending time outside everyday (rain or shine). The extra bonus is the location--not only is it accessible to Mercer Island families, but also convenient for families in Seattle and Bellevue.Wish we had more time at Pixie, but looking forward to when my youngest will be able to attend.”

They were incredibly flexible with my schedule, and even though we were only going to be there for two days they treated me and my baby like we were regulars. “I'm a parent that has come from a daycare in tender years in Auburn, where I did not have a good experience for my son being in his first daycare, but kinder years his experience here just starting has been magnificent. All the teachers are great and my son has been doing so much better since he started at this daycare and the one thing I really love about this daycare center is that they have a app to keep you updated on your children at all times when they get changed when they eat if any incident happens, you get notified on your phone on the app all in all I'm having a great experience with this daycare center and my son is too. “One of the best public schools I have been to in a very long time.Meadowcrest has done wo ders with our non biological kiddos who are dealing with alot due to their circumstances. The teachers all seem to care and really are invested in seeing the kids improve, learn and grow. The headscarf program is invaluable and the supportive services team has been great.Covid protocol was a bit extra, but understandable at that time.The pick up situation is kind of crazy because of all the different start times. Outside of that this place is great.”

“As a new first time mom, I was so nervous about having to send my then-5 month old baby to start daycare. But I have been so happy with his teachers, who are both so kind, patient and attentive to him. They give him all the love he needs while I'm away at work and keeps him occupied with different toys and activities every day. I am so appreciative that Ms. Jan especially works with me on his ever-changing needs all the time and sends me updates of everything he's doing throughout the day, putting my mind at ease. My son is always happy at drop off to go into Ms. Jan's arms and start his "school" day. “My family has been apart of this center since my oldest was a toddler. I absolutely love this center and the staff here. The director and assistant director are very communicative and helpful with every interaction I have had with them. The staff members from infant to their school aged staff have been absolutely wonderful. They supported my oldest while she had a difficult time with drop offs in the morning, encouraged her to explore, and make new friends. They are current partners when it comes to problem solving my youngest refusing a bottle through out the day.I am very grateful for everyone at this center. I am sad to see my oldest leaving this center as she and my family have had a wonderful time with her time here. In the meantime, I love that I still have a few more years here.”

“My son has been with them for a month and it has been great. He doesnt adjust well to new people but here it took less then a week which is incredible since the last place took 9 months. “We have had a wonderful experience at Factoria KinderCare! The teachers are all so kind, loving, and attentive. They all seem like they genuinely like and care about all of the children. They have a monthly curriculum (even for the infant room!) And post regular pictures of all of their adventures which is so fun. The director and assistant director are FABULOUS! You know they actually care when you go pick up your little one and the director is sitting on the floor playing with 3 of the babies. It has been an amazing experience so far and we highly recommend this team and location.”

“My toddler goes to SELC Admiral 1 and we LOVE it. Mirna and Paloma in the toddler room are the most wonderful teachers we could hope for. They care for our toddler like he is one of their own. It is such a relief to know that he enjoys going there every day and that he is well cared for. The teachers are also great at communicating what he did each day and how he is doing. Finding the right daycare is stressful and I am so glad we chose SELC Early Learning Center Admiral 1.”

It is really committed to providing a fun and loving environment for our kids and we are very thankful. Tuition is reasonable and the program is great. The building is clean and spacious. The meal plan is well thought out and nutritious. It is such a relief for busy parents like us because most of the other daycare facilities' meals are not included. The program offers Spanish classes which my son enjoys very much. He sings Spanish songs all the time and we cannot be happier about his Spanish language skills. I highly recommend this place!”

“My son was enrolled here from the time he was 6 months old until he was about 2.5. The only reason we left was that we moved. The teachers were always caring, kind, and considerate. He was always excited to get there in the mornings and sometimes he didn't want to leave! The new center director seems to really be moving the needle in an even more positive direction as well. Wish we could have stayed, but I would recommend this center to anyone looking for daycare.”

“This location was so incredibly wonderful to our son who had just turned 2. We were so devastated by the move we had to make a couple months ago. Learning Land was so welcoming, diligent, caring, and warm for our family. He’s had trouble in at-home style daycares in the past and we have never experienced a facility that was so transparent and helpful. The app they use for daily updates is truly a godsend! Easy to use and so convenient for check-in’s on the go. The level of detail they provide in keeping up on your child’s habits and meals is almost more than could even be expected. Such a safe place to leave your child during the day, we have never experienced this level of care for our son outside of home and family. To this day I regret moving to the East coast as we had to leave Learning Land behind. The on-site safety is top notch, with a thumbprint and code needed for any parent or caregiver to enter the building. You know your child is safe and truly nurtured here.Thank you SO much to the staff and always doing their best with the volume of children and families they have to provide service and care for.I would give 10 stars if I could. I’m not sure we will ever find a daycare for our sweet Tatum like this one. This is a jackpot for families anywhere in the Kent area. We lived about 45 minutes south of Kent, but made the commute through every day for work. “We transferred our 1 and 4 year old to Kre8tive Kidz and I am so happy we did! The quality of care and communication we receive is wonderful. Our kids love it, and the teachers are warm and caring. They go out of their way and host parent/teacher conferences and the level of detail we received at our first conference I was blown away by. They tracked what my daughter was learning, how she was learning, where she was advancing, and where they were helping her. It is scary finding the right care for your kids, but we are so thankful we found this place. Oh yeah, and they have an after-school program!”

“We have enjoyed seeing the progress our child has made from Twos to now preschool. Class size is small, so kiddos get a lot of personal attention. Currently, we like the art focus in Ms. Tammy’s room. All the teachers have been great and teachers and helpers not in class still make an effort to get to know kids in other rooms. Mercer has great community.”

“My child has attended here for almost a year now and I cannot express how happy I am with the quality of care the amazing staff has shown our family. We suddenly needed full time childcare and we were able to get our child enrolled quickly and smoothly. I feel like the staff here have helped so much with the development and overall happiness of my child.

Not only has the staff been taking amazing care of my child, they also help us deeply when we first started. Entering daycare for the first time can be a scary experience for the parents as well, they supported us and reassured us so much through the process that they made us feel comfortable and safe there. They showed my daughter so much love and attention during her first few weeks and adjusting to daycare, it honestly made the process easier on our family. I’m extremely thankful.

The staff have always shown nothing but love, care, and excitement for my child. My child has food allergies and other needs that have been easily accommodated, such as needing speech therapy. Being able to coordinate her sessions during work hours was such a relief that gives us the opportunity for more family time outside of school!

Aside from my personal experience here, some of what they do that I enjoy as a parent:

-each month is a new theme that they have, they teach different things depending on the months theme, monthly news letters give transparency on what the students are learning about, fun activities, and spirit days!

-scheduled activities, daily routines posted in class so you can see what your child does throughout the day.

-companion app (love this) that you can easily communicate with staff. Not only that, but the staff communicates with you. They will tell you what you child had to eat, about diaper changes, when/how long they napped, and my personal favorite, they share photos, videos, and blurbs about what your child is doing while in their care. You can even add other family members so they can see just photos and videos, or everything if you want!

-In house made balanced meals, my child has tried so many new foods thanks to Kindercare

-attentive staff. Teachers who aren’t even my child’s teacher know her name, will say hello to her, it’s amazing

-VERY GENEROUS grace period for payment.

I know child is always in good hands, I know she is being fed nutritious and balanced meals, I never have to worry. I know my child is safe, happy, smiling, having fun, but also learning! She comes home with new skills and shows us, and it’s all thanks to the caring and loving staff.
