Uncaring and rude: DO NOT USE.
When I reported a missing item from my car to the manager, he could care less. No empathy, no courtesy, no offer to help figure out what happened. When I responded, "You really want a bad review?" he answered, "Write whatever review you want, it doesn't matter to me." Never ever ever again will I use (100k real mile traveler a year) MasterPark.

If I would read all reviews before we left our car with Master Park Lot B, I would never ever use their service. I trusted my husband's choice who used their service once in the past and it was fine. Maybe before it was but this time we had awful experience like many other people from what I saw. Leaving the car on parking lot and riding shuttle to the airport was very smooth process. When we returned back in 9 days, we got our luggage, called Master Park Lot B office and then were waiting in the designated location. 3 busses passed by full and never stopped to pick us up. The 4-th bus passed by being totally empty and dark without stopping. We and other people waived him to stop. He waived us back and just passed by. We were waiting for the shuttle 45 minutes but after empty shuttle passed by we went to find a taxi to get to the Master Park lot B. We paid $25 for 5-minutes ride by taxi and we were not suggest any compensation (even partly) with Master Park. Shame on you! Awful service! Reading reviews I realized that we were even lucky :-) that our car wasn't damaged staying on the parking lot and wasn't used while we were absent. We will never use Master Park service again and will also give precaution to my friends about their bad service.

Excellent staffs, frequent shuttle, conveniently located 2 mins from Seatec. Give your key to friendly staff and hop on the shuttle booom you are at the airport check in. Do not lose the ticket and printed out receipt because you will nees that when you come back to pick up your car. These yellow shuttle buses are easy to find. When you come back, just go to where courtesy vehicles are stopping and give a call to MasterParking... boooom you will see the bus within 10 mins. It's a very safe parking lot and my car battery was drained and staffs jumped my car to get back home safely. Will be back again!!!

We always park at lot b. Much more affordable than parking at the airport. The shuttles to and from the airport are fast and convenient.

I have used the lot many times and have been happy each time with their service. Friendly, and they get you from the lot to the airport and back very quickly. A good service for a good price.

The parking lot is so easy to get to. They park your car, they shuttle you to the airpot. They pick you up when you get back. They have your car waiting for you.

Excellent service. Very convenient. They have shuttles leaving every 5 to 6 minutes going to and from the airport. I will definitely use it again.

I will not be parking here again because when I booked it online (and paid), they charged me when I picked up our van as well AND it was much more than my original booking. My fault for not remembering that I pre paid but it was months before and I was exhausted/get lagged from a long flight with my wife and 3 kids…
I’ve tried to get a refund but the customer service has been very poor as they keep saying it’s not their lot, they just look after the money side - basically, not their problem
