In competent people in the parts department. Drove for 30 mins just to get the answer sorry we don’t have the part. Could have told me the same thing over the phone too.

Pape'- Kenworth is a team of experts like no other. I lost power/engine shut off on SeaTac freeway @ 65 mph. Newsflash: They don't service motorcoaches anymore (they specialize in fixing half a million dollar semi-trucks) but THANK YOU Howard in Upper management...who stepped in & they made an exception.
He assigned Jeff a top electrical mechanic who immediately spotted the point of failure. Part was expedited. Howard & another team player even provided assistance getting my tow car onto a UHaul dolly for me & sent this happy camper on to my resort destination in Long Beach WA. Ten stars for this highly trained TEAM. Personal note: It was nice to deal with caring & considerate human beings instead of robots.

Very unprofessional. I made it clear what needed to be done. I wanted motor mounts, a.b.s fixed, driver window fixed because it won't go back up, took the service guy to the truck showed him what air bags I wanted fixed on the drop axle, and bottom radiator hose that was leaking told him to fix it. That was 7am I dropped the truck off on a Monday signed what I wanted done then that evening I got an email for check and advise motor mounts 1605 labor . coolant leak 642 in labor. Window 428 labor just to take the door apart. a.b.s 535 in labor plus 75 dollar hook up windshield labor 795.60 drop axel 642 labor. That's written on a estimate sheet but if u read the fine print it says not a estimate so don't be fooled with those prices, they are only check and advise so beware there not fixing for that price. My motor mounts went to 2600 to fix almost doubled the check and advise and they were just trying to put new rubber mounts in on a 17 year old truck and they had the audacity to tell me they didn't have all the parts to get it done. They would have to order from their warehouse in Renton because they didn't have bolts. They had to cut them out because they were frozen in. Hmm... 17 years not being out, could u imagine that they wouldnt just unscrew? I was at cat a week earlier to get some motor work done I was going to have them do it they even said get everything that pertains to the motor mounts that's from nc machinery they knew it was going to need bolts rubers so on. But my window broke so I took it to Kenworth to fix it and fix some other truck stuff what a mistake. It's not about what it's cost to fix a truc, it's that we need a shop that's honest and can deliver on time. Kenworth SeaTac has no respect for their customers' needs. I stated in an email that It had to be done by Saturday by the end of the business day, if they couldn't get it done not to worry about working on the truck. They took it apart on Friday then called me said they didn't have all the parts till Monday still couldn't tell me when I could pick my truck up. I will never bring a truck to this location again. If you like going to a shop that wants to charge money to check and advise pay thousands get nothing for your money and deal with incompetent service advisors. And don't need your truck well then this is the shop for you?

These folks are crooks took my truck in for an over head and asked them to replace the splitter valve for my fuel tanks as it wasn't transferring fuel. Told me 700 for the overhead and a couple of hundred for the splitter and installing it. Total bill ended up being almost $3,000 over double the quoted price! they managed to make a fuel leak appear out of the passenger tank because they didn't screw the fuel level sending unit all the way back in and DID NOT replace the valve! This is just another typical bait and hook dealership that doesn't care about there customers or quality of work they preform. As the fuel transfer problem was still there and they created a leak that wasn't a problem before costing me more time and money to have fixed not to mention they didn't even replace the part they were supposed to. I honestly doubt they even ran the overhead on my truck and if they did I question if it was done right. I would recommend pushing your truck some where else before letting these clowns touch it. Ridiculous they charged me over double what the bill was supposed to be and didn't even do what they where supposed too! 10/10 do not recommend would be 0 stars if allowed! Be aware they are incompetent crooks!
