I felt like I was home. They make you feel very comfortable & took extra time to print and fill all my information on the W2 form. They also give me valuable information on itemized items & etc. I suggest people should use their service.

Mixed feelings about my experience here. The person that helped me was friendly and seemed to be helpful, the problem was she said it would cost about $120 and that it would cost the same as using the online tool. Long story short, it ended up costing a little over $400. She ended up giving us an excuse saying she did not know what H&R block charges. So while friendly she was not professional in communicating and knowing the important details of the service they provide. I will be composting her business card.
