Rude, completely unprofessional, wouldn’t answer questions. Seemed like trying to pay them $300 for something the size of a shoe box was a huge inconvenience to the work day. The one person who knew how to process the payment was busy (in view surfing the internet…) took them well over than an hour to finally figure out there end. Unfortunately this hasn’t been the 1st time for these issues, it’s been all 4 times I’ve been here. AVOID AT ALL COST. Besides, at the pace they work, ground shipping could well possibly arrive sooner than anything shipped from/to here.

Lufthansa uses Hanjin to handle the cargo from their planes...but of course they dont tell you that. After many hours of searching for Lufthansa cargo one stumbles upon Hanjin. Several desperate pet owners packed their offices in search of their beloved animals. $2000 Persian cats, cats and feces encrusted dogs emerged from the warehouse. All in good shape and the right way up.

The worst experience that I’ve ever had. ABDULLA is the most rude man in Universe. He is not for work with customers, he should find another job. Rates are higher and higher every 6 months, but with the same baddest service.People, please, try to avoid this organization as much as you can!

New policy: require papers on hands for pickup. No more pickup number showed by phone. Just a waste of time.
