I took my car in because of a water leak in the roof, they told me to take it in to check it, I took it in and they couldn't find the problem and they always charged me and told me that I had to take it in again, I took it to another workshop and in 20 min found the problem

I took my pick up truck to these people because I had a small leak. I wasn't sure where it was coming from and the leak, they wanted to replace all the seals for $3,000. When I said that seems high and if they could just fix the leak they gave me a bunch of flack. I said I'll come pick up the truck. They changed me $300.00 for absolutely Nothing

My 25 year old SLK was suffering from sagging headliner issues. Durham Upholstery gave me a quote, put me on the calendar for the week after my visit, and had it all done in a day. Judy was professional and so was the whole team. Very pleased with the work and looks even better than when the car was new!Also, the quote was very reasonable and way more affordable than I expected.

I have a truck with 170k miles and the drivers seat was wore a bit. The truck was in great shape and figured I would get the seat redone. I want to say they were quick and found the lumbar was broke as well. Decided to fix that and so glad I did. It was not cheap to fix both items a bit under 1000 but it is like new now. If you are looking for a bargain I would stay away. If you want a professional job that you can be proud to show to your friends then this is the place. Could not be happier as you get more than what you pay for.

The quality of the repair, the speed of service, and the price remarkably good. The seat of the used pickup I just bought had 110,000 miles worth of wear on it. I was quoted $700 to repair the seat. Two yards of vinyl that matched my seat was in stock. They had an opening the next day and by afternoon the job was done. It was spectacular quality and they charged me $600. Plus they were friendly and really nice. It looks and feels like a new seat.

Not very professional put a rip in my door. went there for a water leak in the front and ended up with water in the back with no explanation. They took no accountability for the job they did or lack there of. You only get one chance to make a first impression.

Time will tell if the work they did holds but I was pretty mad to be given my car that was literally a mess from the work they did. Dirt and debris over many surfaces. Absolute crap service if this is how they're returning my car to me.

I contacted Durham Upholstery to request information on reupholster of a massage chair - a project I realize is a "special order". I was asked to text photos and received a response so immediate that it seemed this project was one with which they were familiar. The text affirmed that the project could be done, included a quote for labor, instructions on exactly how much fabric to purchase, and suggestions for local fabric stores. I was told I could drop the chair off any time. However, when I brought the chair and the $200 worth of fabric I had just purchased from one of the recommended shops, I was told that they could not reupholster a massage chair. The exasperated response I received when I showed them the text from one of their own, Roger, led me to believe that this is not the first time a miscommunication of this nature had happened. I was told that such information cannot be given based on photos alone, yet this is exactly what was done. The store needs employee communication training and a protocol to ensure appropriate responses, including instructions to bring furniture for in-person inspection prior to confirming work to be done. The fabric, of course, cannot be returned so this is a $200 error that they have no means to correct.
