Parker here on the referral of friends booked online put in my flight times still got charged extra because they count by the hour not day… so the extra day was the last money they will ever see.
Nope we got in early was told since my check in time was earlier than check out it was an extra day. Take the negative review and go.

First time we used Doug Fox and it was so easy. Shuttle both ways was quick and easy. Lot is super close to the airport and staff were all pleasant.

First time using Doug Fox for the busy 4th of July weekend. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Not only are they half the price of the airport parking, they are just next to the cell phone waiting lot. The lot is well organized and there are plenty of shuttles. I was able to find one in the courtesy area without having to call for pickup. With Doug Fox so close to the airport, it does not take long to or from the airport in the shuttle. Pleasant and helpful drivers including staff, will use again for my next trip. I reserved my dates and time block ahead of the trip and you can also lock in pricing that way.

Returned to a dead battery, was very nervous about being stuck in the lot, the gentleman brought over a jumper of some sort and told me he didn’t think it would work but we would give it a go. After 3 try’s it started it and off I went. Was so relieved, I don’t care if they raise there prices, this will be my airport lot because of his kindness.

We've routinely used Doug Fox Parking over the past three years. The location is convenient and the shuttles are timely. It is also relatively well priced. I am writing a review, however, because the service we received after our last visit was exceptional. Upon our return, we found a flat tire due to a screw in the tire. A shuttle driver offered to help, but I waved him off as we had already called AAA. When he returned from a route and we were still there, he found a co-worker and jack (as ours broke) to help us out. While AAA was only seconds away, I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the driver and other employee.

We had an amazing experience at Doug Fox. We arrived and quickly found a space. We waited 5 minutes for the shuttle. They helped us carry our suitcases and here is the brilliant part. They have us a card with our row and space written down. On the back was the number to call for shuttle when we returned.
We got to airport easily.
When we came home, our flight was delayed an hour. We called for the shuttle and waited like 10 minutes (it was 1 am). The shuttle drive came and grabbed our bags. He dropped us off right by our van. He took our our bags. It was simple.
Our car was in perfect condition. It was safe. After visiting Portland I am so grateful for a safe parking place.
When we left, we did have to pay for another day since we were an hour and a half later which makes sense since they reserve spots. The weird thing thing was that there was a home less person bugging the cashier. But other than that everything was perfect.

We have been using Doug Fox for over 5 years now. They were amazing during the COVID slowness, and now they are even better!!! All drivers are kind and courteous!!

I’ve been usually this place exclusively for the couple of years now. It’s the closest lot to SeaTac that is not SeaTac’s own lot. They pick you up at your car quick and are always quick to pick you back up from the airport when you call them. Prices are very good too, especially if you book in advance.

I park here every time. Only once have income back to a door ding. The staff are all helpful and friendly! Best location by the airport!

I had parked here before, 2 years ago with no problem. Last night after returning from my trip(1 week) I tried starting my truck with no luck. It wasn't my battery. THEY HAD STOLEN ALL OF MY GAS! My tank was completely empty and it would not start at all. I had to wait for about 2 hours for my roadside assistance to bring me gas. I ended up getting home at 2:30am when I should have been home at about 11:30pm. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! I WILL NEVER BE PARKING HERE AGAIN AND WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND DISAPPOINTMENT AND PAY A BIT MORE TO PARK ELSEWHERE!

Always easy to use, a little wait at the airport for a shuttle ride back to the car. But not that long, maybe 15 to 20 minutes. There lot is close so another 15 minutes and your at your car. Don't forget to call and choose what island you are at so they send the shuttle. Reasonably priced.

Not only is this a convenient location minutes from SeaTac, I had to park in the far out parking area and they picked me up within minutes
My return to CT was just as convenient. I got picked up immediately. I was dropped off at my car and in a very timely manner.
I will definitely be using Doug Fox again
