I recently sent some baby items through the DHL SeaTac location, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. Yvonne, in particular, was incredibly helpful and assisted me in a very kind and professional manner. I highly recommend their service!

I’ve been shipping with DHL for a few years now. A while back I switched from shipping from this office to having pickups. Which is amazing if you haven’t done it, highly recommend it. That being said there was an issue with my DHL account not accepting my payment. So I came back into this office (the best because it’s the HUB right at the airport). And James Houser was extremely patient and really helped the whole process.While I’ll definitely be going back to pickup for the convenience, I won’t ever mind if I have to come back to this DHL location because of how smooth and easy everything was. Thanks again!

Their customer service sucks, today I was served by a man who called himself Pablo but he gave me terrible service, he behaved rude and arrogant. It was the first time I called but it will surely be the last. Hire staff who truly have a vocation for customer service and not uneducated people.

Very poor service, I can’t believe it. They held my package for more than 2 weeks after I spoke with them, confirmed address but still refused to deliver my package, when I finally got hold of them they told me it will take another week to deliver so I chose to pick up since it’s just 15 mins away. Not to talk of the countless times they deliver my package at wrong apartment number. I wish they care about their job

Are you kidding me! I met the sweetest soul at the Tukwila DHL location who was so kind, was helpful and took her time to figure out where my package may me since I was on a time crunch. I wished I got her name but she deserves a rise!

This guy name hadid ordered doordash didnt tip and one of his coworkers took the order and said she would hand it to him. Since I couldn’t get a hold of him. Had me waiting wasting my time. Got A violation from doordash cause he lied that he didn’t get his order. Dishonest employees.
