“We landed at the airport late in the evening on a Friday night a few weeks ago with two crabby kids under age 4, and saw the line at Fox, the rental car agency we had booked at. It was at least a 2 hour wait. We cancelled and booked at Alamo, no line, no wait, and cheaper even than Fox. The young man working the counter was so incredibly kind and professional. I cannot recall his name but it starts with a J (perhaps Jamal?). He was so courteous and helpful. Will absolutely be using Alamo again. Thank you!!”
“We had THE MOST amazing trip with our camper jeep!! Went all around Olympic National Park, and this Jeep had everything we could possibly need. Sleeping in the camper was ridiculously comfortable for 2 people. The host was reliable and replied super fast. Couldn’t have asked for a better and more beautiful experience!”

“When I arrived in SEA airport and approached the line at around 9:10am, the line was a *bit* long.
Fortunately, after it was stuck for a bit, the line started to move more quickly. It seemed the staff was doing all they can to move the line forward.
The person I spoke to, (Lee) to get my car, apologized for the wait time and was courteous from the beginning. They also upgraded my standard midsize sedan for a BMW SUV! I'm quite happy with the purchase.
One thing I will point out though...there are some tricky "sales tactics" they use to get you to buy more. Things like them filling the gas for you at end of trip, and collision damage...they may even "slip" it past you, and you may pay for it if you're not careful. So be aware of that and you'll be good.”

“Don't mind the bad reviews here, had an easy time picking up a Nissan Maxima (coming from UK) and driving almost 2500 miles in 17 days. Easy to pick up and easy to drop off. Good price too.”
“Once we found the location which is not accessible through the typical airport shuttle and it was fine. It was a long walk but ultimately better than the shuttle line. A little under staffed but we had the time to wait and the price was right! Will definitely use again when in Seattle!”

“Absolutely no issues with Avis @ Seattle Airport Car Rental Facility.
Arrived at the facility and went straight downstairs to preference desk. No need to queue upstairs (only 2 people waiting).
Car already allocated a brand new VW Tiguan with under 1000 miles on clock. Given the option to peruse the car and reject if necessary. More than happy to take the little VW as perfectly suited to our needs. On the road in under 15 minutes so cannot so fairer than that.
2nd consecutive rental from Avis (previously in Las Vegas in April) and nothing at all to complain about. Thanks again Avis @ Seatac and I'll see you at the end of the month when I return your VW.”
