I absolutely love it here at AVION APTS. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have found a studio available for move-in when I was searching. The staff went above and beyond by holding the unit for me for a couple of weeks while I was still tied into another lease in Tacoma. The move-in process was a breeze, thanks to the informative, friendly, and accommodating office staff. While the noise level in the walls is typical for any apartment complex, the overall cleanliness of the complex is impressive. The on-site maintenance guy is highly skilled and quick to respond to any issues. I've had the pleasure of meeting many friendly residents, and I feel extremely safe living here. When I say that I'm fortunate to have found this place, I genuinely mean those words. I absolutely LOVE living here at AVION APTS.

These people expect perfect credit in a non-perfect world. Sad to see all the homeless because of the plethora of application fees for all the housing here. Such a crisis!

This place is run awfully, management does not respond to emails ever, they do not communicate or clarify anything, they barely seem competent and put little effort into anything now including maintenance and again communicating.

USE TO love living here. Being disabled I'm able to work from home. HAD an elevator and lots of stairs, of which I cannot maneuver. No manager to speak of. No response to emails. The
office is collecting dust. No elevator for the next two months, which is outrageous. Garage door has been broken for a good 2-3 months now too. Who really knows when anything will be fixed.

I left a message, text, and email for inquiry. No response whatsoever. Probably representative of what kind of customer service they offer.Response to the owner:No there is no need to contact you anymore. The unit I was interested is already gone, so I signed lease with another apartment.

So lately this property is going down hill. From management change to maintenance not really caring anymore. The garage door is still not working to now the elevator is down for about a week now. So it was nice when we moved in and it’s getting worse the longer we stay here. The problem is making the property management spread between 2 or 3 other properties. Then making the property just fall apart or even trying to ask for things or want something done. So I would avoid the property for now until they have a full time property management here on site. Not worth the high price right now.

Had to wait, told due to covid guidelines, to get in to see "great place". Studio looked out at the back of everyone's bedroom on complex next-door.Said no, and they kept the application fee; I'm out $500 now.(Also, didn't like the Parking another 85 on top of utilities, 150-200.).Glad you all think is great.

Five stars isn’t nearly enough, Avion deserves so much more.I called countless apartments in the area and Avion was the only one that answered. I was able to look at the apartment the same day and fell in love and filled out the application right afterwards. Martha the Assistant Manager is so sweet and made the application process so easy. I appreciate that she arranged to have the apartment painted and cleaned before I moved in and even left little gifts and a welcome note inside.The apartment itself is perfect, the design is clean and modern. My top three favorite things about the apartment are: the beautiful view of the sunrise and lots of trees, the fireplace, and bath tub. And I was surprised they pick up the trash at your front door, I’ve never heard of an apartment doing that. The guy who picks up the trash is really nice too, he smiles and says hello when I walk by. Having a gym is also a plus, I haven’t had time or motivation to use it yet but it’s nice to know I don’t need to pay for a gym membership.There were a few things that needed fixing when I moved in, I submitted my request online and they replied very quickly and came to fix it the very next day. The only complaint I have is I can faintly hear the sound of the elevator because I’m right next to it, but I like the convenience and wouldn’t want to move further from the elevator. Aside from that I don’t hear any other noises through the walls. The residents here seem to be very quiet and respectful. A few of them even offered to help me carry some heavy boxes as I was moving in. I’ve met a few of them that work at the airport like me, and I feel safe knowing that a lot of residents here passed thorough background checks. And the area seems quiet and safe too.I moved here from California for a job thinking it would be temporary and I would transfer back later on, but everyone has been so kind and welcoming and they’ve really made this place feel like home.

Went to look at an apartment and loved everything about the place – the location, the amenities, and the wonderful staff. Martha was amazing and very knowledgeable and able to get us moved in less than a day!

I have been at Avion for a couple years. So excited to have new management who cares. Megan and Martha have done miracles on the upkeep and keeping tenants apprised on changes to the complex. The complex is more organized and it's refreshing to have someone at the office.

Just wanted to give Kudos to Marta our building manager for her outstanding work she does fir all of us she is ver efficient professional and super friendly she has helped me out in all my needs with my apartment it is so great to have someone at the office that really cares for us and stay in top of everything.Much appreciated.
