“Brakes on my Yukon.. If you are in need of a mobile mechanic stop right here. I texted Joe on Wednesday afternoon asking if they could do and cost. Joe texted me back in less than 24 hrs. He unfortunately had just had surgery but he had John ready to take the job immediately. John called me arrived on time (actually early) knowledgeable, had all the tools and bang out my brakes. Great job!! Joe reached out to make sure John was here and the job was done right!!!

Newsflash: They don't service motorcoaches anymore (they specialize in fixing half a million dollar semi-trucks) but THANK YOU Howard in Upper management...who stepped in & they made an exception.
He assigned Jeff a top electrical mechanic who immediately spotted the point of failure. Part was expedited. Howard & another team player even provided assistance getting my tow car onto a UHaul dolly for me & sent this happy camper on to my resort destination in Long Beach WA. Ten stars for this highly trained TEAM. Personal note: It was nice to deal with caring & considerate human beings instead of robots.”
